Don't rely on the BCAA app!Submitted request 11a.m.Request showed as received" and assistance e.t.a. 5:42 p.m. (seemed pretty precise for an estimate). I also selected to get updates via text. I got none all day

The battery on our car was totally dead because we left a cooler plugged in all night. Dean ( pretty sure that was his name) was excellent friendly. Once charged he followed us to the service station for gas to ensure it started after we filled up. We were very appreciative of his assistance and caring to ensure we were safely on our way back to Saskatchewan.

Service reliability has really gone downhill over the years. They left me abandoned on the side of the road for 20hrs.

I wanted to renew and change my icbc coverage. I phoned the number on the website and was directed to house insurance instead of auto and ended up waiting for 35 minutes and then was transfered to the auto insurance number which I have now waited another 60 minutes for a total of 95 minutes and have not talked to a representative yet. If they are aware of the delays, and I am sure they are, there should at least be a call back option available.

Great service and within 10 mins of my call!! 100% recommend having a membership with them. They’ve saved me more times than one! Quickly and efficiently. And I have to say the women I’ve dealt with and one man from the times I’ve called to put a incident claim in, have been so kind, and caring, great attitudes! Highly recommend.

I have a really good experience every time I come here for truck insurance. All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful, their customer service always makes the process so efficient and simple. Highly recommend!

I spoke to 2 different reps while trying to help my husband arrange a tow for our boat/trailer. Both reps were not only very helpful but very personable. That seems to be a rarity in this day and age. The purpose of talking is to communicate so It was refreshing to speak to people that not only listened to me but that spoke clearly, enunciated well and were easy to understand. Some of us have hearing problems and need those very important skills. Having a good rapport with customers was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much.
