me and my fiance came for the first time for a medi pedi it being his first time they had so much paitence with his wiggling and did a amazing job . absolutly amazing super friendly amazing service super affordable amazing quality highly recommed them to everyone as 179.80 for 1 medi pedi male and medi pedit with fake tips for me and brow wax and tip ❤️❤️❤️

A review on behalf of my mother in law:As a long-term and returning customer of over 10+ years, I am extremely disappointed in my last two visits. Both times now we have experienced subpar service, craftsmanship and attention to detail.Communication between technician and customer is lacking.During my first visit in which I brought my soon to be daughter-in-law (a surprise engagement would follow later that week), in for a mani/pedi she repeatedly let the technician know what she wanted. Blue French manicure tips. The owner was well aware of the situation and knew why it was so important to have the “perfect manicure”.The nail tech during this first appointment started painting white French tips, only then to be told again that she wanted the blue tips painted.During this last visit today, my soon to be daughter-in-law’s pedicure was rushed to the point where the tech skipped the scrub, skipped the foot massage, and skipped the hot towel service. Once complete, and while sitting at the nail booth, she actually had to point out multiple flaws in her toes to have the tech redo it for a total of five coats.The manicure today was booked specifically for her engagement party which was communicated at the very beginning of this appointment.The tech was shown a design but her confidence in the tech’s capabilities was diminished and decided against the design in fear it wouldn’t be what she was after. The overall quality of the manicure is poor. There are imperfections and previous color, still showing through the finished manicure, the lines of the manicure are fuzzy and not clean at all.I also brought to this appointment, my daughter-in-law, who received a basic manicure. She had raised concerns at the end of her appointment, in which case she showed the owner areas of her nails that hadn’t been painted. The owner was adamant, and expressing that this was due to the way her skin around her nail bed grows and refused to solution my daughter-in-law’s concerns. Overall, all of our service appointments seemed extremely rushed.Even the small attention to detail on my own manicure where I’ve been accustomed now to having been asked if I want a line of gold sparkle or silver sparkle to help define the French tip. Even that was not offered to me today. I had specifically called a month ago to book this appointment for the three of us, and overall have been extremely disappointed by this entire outing. Some thing else to note is my soon to be daughter-in-law actually made the trek from Niagara Falls for this appointment to spend the day with me and my daughter-in-law.By all accounts and I’m sure you’re already aware, but I will not be returning to Harvard Nails.

I had my nails done here and they were so nice and did my birthday nails so pretty. The ladies there are amazing and easy with the conversations while they work.

My manicure felt very rushed. My nail tech clipped my nail on my nail bed but ignored it and just cut a little higher and carried on. Less then a week later my nail has peeled through my nail bed. I am very disappointed as it also hurt. The Colors cute though.

I love my nails everytime I go, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to do designs and work hard to ensure you love your nails.

This is a sweet little nail salon - I would highly recommend it. The ladies there are super sweet and accommodating, and very understanding of nail newbies like me! Also, the prices are very reasonable for the services. :)

Best nails I’ve ever had! Jenny is excellent at doing nails. She gives great suggestions (take them, you won’t be sorry), and checks with you multiple times while doing them to make sure everything is how you like. Super friendly and does a fantastic job! I will only be getting my nails done here from now on.
