Love the place. Clean and nice. Exactly as described and even better.

One star is too much. Very unprofessional service. Booked through Booking on Saturday for Canada day (in 5 days) and received confirmation. Today (Monday, 2 days after booking and receiving confirmation) received a message from the property (Jaimie Barabas) that this property is not available and Booking shouldn't offer it. The second message was that the property had flood. The third message offered another property but without a link and to search it by 202P1 on their website that I was not able to find. Forced to cancel the reservation?! Called Booking and they said that Jaimie Barabas contacted them stated that the property is under renovation since April (2 months ago) and that I was offered a smaller place to stay (no link to the property, no price) What an offer. After all this Booking cancel it and said without any fee"...like it is my fault and wanted to cancel a vacation for 4 families with kids

Awesome , So beautiful

Nice place to stay at. Playing pool was fun. Too bad the hot springs were closed. But if you're willing to hike the trail to the free hot springs it's worth it.

Breathtakingly surreal

Our family stayed at a Marble Canyon condo over the Thanksgiving weekend. Overall it is a nice villa: nicely maintained and clean. On our last night one of the kids spilt a glass of red wine on a couch pillow. Our two daughters cleaned the pillow and they thought they had removed the stain but the cleaners texted us a few hours after checkout to ask what was spilt so they could try to remove the stain.We were surprised when we got an extra $200 cleaning bill just for the pillow. We were charged $50 for a new pillow and I guess the rest of the bill for their labour to try to clean the damaged pillow.Overall $200 is out of line for what they had to do.
