Beyond impressed with the impeccable, beautiful bouquet I ordered for a birthday gift. It was hand-delivered with a friendly smile, early in the day I requested it. As it was a next-day delivery, I wasn't sure if they would have everything needed for the bouquet I chose, but I was so pleasantly surprised as I received just what I was hoping for. It is more beautiful than the photos, and the recipient can't say enough about how much they love them. This was my first time ordering from Port Side but it won't be the last.

A wonderful selection of flower bouquets and at a great price. Sent some flowers for Mother's Day and they were delivered to the house quickly, handled with care, and they looked spectacular!

I had a wonderful experience with the new owner at Arlies. I didn't have time to go into the store to pick a gift so I called and asked if they had touch lamps I had seen elsewhere, they did. The girl was so kind helping me pick one out over the phone and wrapped it. I had my son pick it up while uptown and she had it ready for him in 5 min. I also ordered flowers for a friend and she said they were beautiful. I feel the new owners give excellent service just like the last. Great place to buy gifts.

I’ve made many attempts to try to find the positive in this place, one bad experience can be understood, two maybe, but every single time just shows something is broken.Ever since Sideys closed, these people think they are the only show in town and don’t need to provide customer service anymore. Rude reception, annoyance at your presence. I tried one last time to buy an arrangement and the comment was “ you want that now? ( eyes roll) we have a large funeral order to do” followed by a heavy sigh and a “ can we get this guy something?”I never said a word, had my son with me, was polite and patient. Finally got the simplest arrangement I’ve ever seen and left. The flowers died in 4 days, even with all the care we always show them.I’ve started going to Bellas and Bloom in Welland and am blown away by their service there. Arlies is 4 minutes from my house, I’ll drive to Welland just to be treated like a human being.

Stunning bouquet for mom and they delivered to the hospital! I placed my order by phone, staff was really friendly. I ordered the deluxe Lavender Meadow Bouquet. Beautiful bouquet, great service.

Need to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Arlies and it's owner, I called for a flower delivery for my friend in Port and wanted direct contact with the shop not some third party and they did not disappoint. The owner was abrupt but also very professional in her ways, she offered a different choice, saved me money and ABSOLUTELY NAILED it for my friend. Not only was the delivery a surprise but Arlies choose a greenery/bulb assortment that has continued to surprise her everyday for over a week. The gift that keeps on giving a smile to my friends face and nothing could be better!For those low star reviews during this pandemic please understand the plight of small business owners who rely on minimal income and have been squeezed shut. We are all under extreme stress and must be forgiven for not acting Canadian" every single day."

They were very great they even remembered me from phoning last year when I was out west on my 19th anniversary this year was my 20th anniversary and ovf course I waited until the last minute to order but they managed to take my order and get it delivered the same day great service and very pleasant to deal with I recommend this place one of the best services

Great customer service and even more beautiful flowers. I just received the most stunning arrangement delivered to my home. I'm so very pleased.
