Atlantic Stucco Wall Systems was recommended to me by a neighbour who was happy with the performance and professional attitude a couple of years ago. We needed stucco exterior painting and partial resurfacing so we had three bids. Not only Atlantic bidding was the best of the three, the promised timeframe was also better. Not without an initial start delay of a few days due to very hot or rainy weather, all stages were happening quite smoothly. The team worked efficiently, quietly and professionally. After they finished the side of the house which we chose to resurface completely, the result was so awesomely impeccable, that we decided to do all four sides of the house at the same time. And we were not disappointed! The 5000 sq. ft surface was done within 2 weeks. To compare, the other bidders gave us one month and two months. Considerate to the neighbours, whose stairs they had to use to access our side wall, they did everything to minimize the inconvenience - finished all the work on the neighbours’ side within just a couple of days and dismantled scaffolding there right away. Joseph, the owner, not only a personable young man but very humble, polite, cordial, and well-disposed. And all that on top of being a top-notch professional. Communication was very easy too, - text messages and emails returned promptly. I really felt at peace. I usually prefer not to rush my contractors, because I care more about the quality of the job than the team's punctuality, if you know what I mean,  but with Joseph, there were mostly no delays. The only thing -  some touch-ups and final clean up were complete only after a few reminders a week later. But even here I am not complaining too much, as I understand that they were already on another project 60 miles away. But Joseph promised to come and do all the details to my satisfaction and he did.  Even after he was fully paid. Three weeks later our 22-year-old house looked brand new! So, definitely, five stars!I also cannot recommend enough the Caulking guy Aleksandar Jovanovaki (Better Choice Caulking) that did all the windows and doors very neatly after.

Joseph’s team at Atlantic Stucco did outstanding work on our most recent project. The job involved a complete stucco EIFS application to a newly-built curved wall on a prominent and highly visible corner of the building. Atlantic were able to match the new stucco to the existing curves of the home. Texture and colour matching were also done with great skill. Atlantic completed the work efficiently, responsibly, and with great attention to detail. We highly recommend Atlantic Stucco and Wall Systems.
