Terrible experience I am a regular customer never had any problem recently I bought a pre rolled joint watermelon gushers paind $20 for three 0.5 gram joints but when i tried to light up it wont burn its seems like i am trying to fire up a wet damp wood. I cut the top part which became dark black after trying to burn for 10 seconds but it kept doing the same thing. I spoke to the assistant store manager COLE he said there is nothing we can do its againts the policy Canadian law bla bla bla I told him bro this porduct is defective just give me a new one then again he would bring up all the international law bla bla bla then i said anyways i tried smoking the 2nd joint but again same thing it wont lit up so i called again spoke to the store manager stephaine but didnt got any help. Guys if you ever need any customer service DONT GO TO DUCTH LOVE there are plenty of store in vancouver who has better product and awesome customer service.

Products are decent but the lady who works up front shows attitude for no reason when i ask a simple question. dont know what her problem is. horrible experiences

Beautiful store with boutique LA-esque interior; the store is very much focussed on aesthetics and enhanced experience. Needless to say, Hobo is very different than most dispensaries we have here in Vancouver.As I entered the store, the staff were very friendly and greeted me with warm smiles. They walked me through how their different displays and iPads work. I really do appreciate the superior customer service. Everything was great up until I was checking out. I was told the product that I wanted wasn't available, which is fine. I ended up getting something else they recommended.However, when I got home I realized that the strain I purchased was extremely dry, and crumbly. I looked at the back of packaging and realized that this was packed in October, 2018! There's nothing wrong with the product being packaged last year, if the quality maintained.What I'm ultimately disappointed about is the quality of the product. Although the packaging of the product mentions no expiry date"

FALSE PRICING; HOSTILE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I've been a weekly regular customer since Hobo. Never had any issues.Tonight I went in to purchase the Benny Blunto Pre-rolls" for $14.29 as posted on the website.I go inside and the girl at the register takes my pay

Delightful store with a great range of products within all price ranges. The vibes inside are chill & laidback but also super welcoming. Staff are all super genuine, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable, definitely worth a visit if you are an Expert or even brand new to Cannabis!

Always friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and I appreciate the privacy of their iPad ordering system.
