Went for a pedicure - older lady & worst service ever; I was on time, after several minutes she had me put my feet in tepid water where I had to wait about 15 minutes while she serviced other people; she came back & spent 10 minutes on my toes and then disappeared to work with other people for 20 minutes. When she finally finished with me, she said I had to wait 15 minutes for my toenails to dry while she went off to help other people and After 15 minutes, she still had no time to finish me up. She was not very polite and she was certainly not into customer service. Worst $50. Pedi ever.

Envy Nails ruined my nails. They overfile them till they were paper thin. They filed the same spots over and over so the drill bit burned and hurt me I always told her I was in pain but nothing changed. When she did a fresg set she filed down the acrylic then used some metal objectt to rip off the tip form with no acetone or anything to loosen it. They use the same dirty nail files on every single customer and charge an outrageous amount for the service. From what I heard they used to be good but now envy Nails is a terrible place to get your nails done. I do not like to leave bad reviews but I leave this one as a warning to others. Save your nails and go somewhere better.

My wife insisted back in January that I should be having pedicures now that I’m retired. She’s been a regular at Envy since we moved here last June and loves them so she made me an appointment. I now go every four weeks and love it! They do a great job, are very friendly and knowledgeable and are reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them!

Racist. My nail tech Gina is great. I was treated differently from my 2 white friends that I went with. It was my worst experience in customer service. It’s shocking that there is racism in this day and age. It was mainly from the only male in the spa. He literally shouted at me for not understanding him and he was touching my personal belongings to make me leave sooner as we were leaving.
