Came to the location to add insurance to a new vehicle. Was told that the paper work from the dealership was incorrect (Destination Honda confirmed paperwork is accurate). Was then told we wouldn't be able to get insurance today (at noon) as they were too busy. The location was empty. I enjoy being a BCAA member but this location was sub par.

Upon arrival the staff (Chelsea) said someone would be with us in 10 minutes. 30 min passed and she finally called us up to the counter. We told her we wanted travel insurance and she ran around like a crazy person? Finally she told us that someone else would help us. Anna ended up helping us and was really helpful.We later learned that Chelsea doesn’t do travel insurance and made us wait 30 minutes for nothing. If she had asked us what we needed when we arrived then we probably wouldn’t have had to wait 30 min?!Moral of the story is don’t visit this location if you don’t have time to spare.

The customer service continues to be amazing. I have been coming for a couple years now. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would totally recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the great work!

Excellent customer service! Go see Shannon, she is very friendly. Parking is on the basement the building. Accessible from the back street, not from the front door of BCAA side. BCAA refunds your parking cost. Don't forget to pay the parking. They go check often

Queenie was very friendly and knowledgeable! Booking was super easy online. My insurance was 376/mo without any claim or driving offences so I went ahead and decided to switch over to BCAA since I am a BCAA member. With Queenie’s help and advices, we managed to dropped it down to 210/mo which really made a huge difference.

Dropped by to get a quote for condo insurance. The agent that helped me was wonderful, she was very patient with explaining every line of the quote, and was not pushy at any point. She even said if I wanted to shop around for cheaper insurance, that is also fine. Unfortunately BCAA wasn't able to provide a coverage high enough for my unit, but if it did, I would've went with them for sure.
