I went there today around 4 PM on 10/24/2020. I wanted to ask more information about renewing contract as mine has just finished. Got the worst service ever. The rep (unfortunately I did not get his name) was rude, provided zero explanation and showed no empathy to my inquiries. He checked in his computer about the renewing offers available and told me there was none. I actually told him another company gave me an offer to switch and he said “go for it”. Honestly, I hope this gentleman does not represent the values of the company. Instead of trying to make loyal customers to stay at Rogers, he was pushing me to go away. Hope someone from Rogers sees this and make sure this is not happening to other customers.

My modem broke and needed a replacement. Went to the store and forgot my ID so i told the lady I’ll be back. I go back home get my ID and when I’m back to the store the two employees were gone on an hour break together. If you’re two people working, go on separate breaks instead of closing the store for an hour when there’s customers waiting for service.

Utterly useless and incompetent staff, manager cannot even be trusted to vet if a transaction is legitimate or fraudulent despite overwhelming evidence. I'm losing money not selling you this" like I care? You should be focused on helping customers not the 10% commission you get on top of minimum."

Customer bellow (“Martin Glz”)has the brain of a hamster. Doesn’t seem to be able to comprend with his minuscule Brain cells that rogers cannot sell phones to customers who are not listed on the account. Employees would lose their jobs if they did that.

Don't go here. Even by Rogers low standards they are horrible. There are huge markups on all of their devices, they don't match the prices being listed online by Rogers, and they apply a $50+ administration fee per device for setup. Additionally the sales reps speak in a fast, disorienting pattern deliberately trying to confuse you as to the final bill.

We had their Internet service for a few years and I was aware there would be a one-time price increase at the end of our 12-month term: I'm fine with that because it says so in their contract. But over the following year, they kept bumping up their price every 3-4 months by 5-10$ each time (without notice). We were on a pre-authorized debit agreement so never quite realized this until one day I noticed our bill (which was originally $39 per month) had climbed to $75 per month (!!!). I wouldn't mind pricing adjustments but it's the fact that they are so sneaky about it. No phone calls, no emails, nothing to ever let us know that they were increasing the pricing. The contract does not stipulate how much either, so for them sky is the limit.

This company is dishonest. They err by not properly setting a PIN . When all the problems were being fixed the managers bypassed with other security questions. They forgot to reset & they refuse to get another manager on the phone because they didn't reset with a PIN & a mgr won't talk to me because I don't have a PIN. I have no one to talk to after giving them so much business for 50 yrs.
