I love it here at Rogers Brampton Campus Gym! Adele and Parvish are exceptional at creating a warm, friendly vibe. Personal trainers are all amazing and make you feel comfortable no matter what fitness level you're at. I would highly recommend

The Liv North staff at the Brampton campus are great--they are super friendly and the classes are challenging and varied. I really appreciate all of the work they put in to getting people back to the gym including all of the mini challenges each month to get people active.

I’ve been working out at Rogers' Head Office with Joselle and Aric. I’ve been really impressed by the customized work outs planned for me, and am already really impressed by the results I’ve been getting. I’m always encouraged to work up to my limits, without exceeding them. I leave every workout feeling like I was really challenged, and I can’t believe how far I’ve come after only a short time.

Had a fitness consultation session the other day with Adele at Brampton Campus, It was exhausting and fun at the same time. So glad I started with a personnel trainer this year. Adele is super positive, fun, supportive and listens to and works with your goals. I had an amazing experience with Adele while we did our initial assessment and fitness review. She was very informative and helped me understand the right way to build my workout plan. The gym is also clean and well equipped. Overall a great experience!

1000% recommend booking a session with Adele SpeersAs a bigger guy who has been on and off (mostly off) in the gym I decided to try again now we have returned to the office and am even fatter.I went down for a visit and ended up signing up for a fitness assessment just so I had a starting point, I really hadn’t considered the possibility of working with a trainer. For whatever reason I asked how personal training worked making it clear I was just curious and not actually interested.Well after the fitness assessment I felt so comfortable and confident in Adele’s knowledge in the area of fitness, nutrition and motivation that I came up to my desk and bought a few sessions just to “try it out”.BEST MOVE EVER!!!!!In the first session alone, I discovered that yes, I too can do a squat or lunge without knee or hamstring pain. I whined and made excuses about shoulder pain when asked to do a push up, but it turns out it was me all along. She looked at my form and immediately corrected it before I attempted the first one.Shoulder pain, what shoulder pain???As someone who thought they had reasonably good knowledge about the mechanics of exercises it turns out I really don’t know S#!T.With Adele’s guidance I was able to do exercises that had previously caused me problems and I really came out of our sessions feeling great about myself and THAT is the biggest motivator of all.I am super excited to continue to learn what I CAN do instead of what I can’t.Adele is fantastic .. 5 BIG stars
