Went to Willingdon Heights Eyecare for the first time and felt very welcomed. Roxanne and Dr. Strong were extremely friendly and thorough with the eye exam. Thank you!

THE. BEST. OPTOMETRY. CLINIC. EVER. The staff are incredible and they ensure I have what I need every time I make an appointment. The clinic is very clean and they have an awesome selection of glasses too. Dr. Strong is very knowledgeable, updates me on my health, and takes great care of my eyes. I've been going to them since moving to Vancouver in 2017 and even though I live out in Abbotsford now, it is worth the drive to get the best eye care in BC. Huge thank you to the team here, you all do a great job and are really friendly!

Highly recommend this clinic! I saw Dr. Strong for the first time for a routine exam. He was very attentive and took his time to do a thorough exam and answer my questions. The staff are also very kind.

While waiting to see an opthalmologist our family doctor suggested looking for a local Optometrist for a preliminary eye exam. Recently reopened and just down the road from us with the most enticing window displays, we decided to get our eye examination here. We were amazed at the extensive testing they performed in a very professional, safe and affordable manner. We have subsequently cancelled our Opthalmologist referral with family doctor and will entrust Dr Kim and her referral network for any additional eye issues we have.

Dr Strong was extremely friendly and helpful, I came in for contact lens refitting and he made sure that I found the perfect fit for contact lenses. Very pleasant experience

Amazing curated selection, but terrible on-site parking options. Limited parking availability led to staff telling my wife and our sixteen month old son to go somewhere else and/or pay for street parking. Not helpful for new parents.

Dr. Kim and her team are wonderful . Great location, booking online was seamless, I was created with a warm welcome. They offer a wide range of (clearly hand selected) frames.

I have been seeing Dr. Strong and his team for 5 years now and they have always been extremely thorough, caring, and very patient with all my questions. Dr. Tyler Strong is very patient. He spent time to listen to the details of my eye problem. I have difficulty understanding some medical terminologies, so I asked him to write them down and he did, and explained to me the meanings. His clinic staff members are also very friendly.

I'm turning 42 and my eyes are starting to show their age. It was my first time at an optometrist. Dr Strong was great. But these $430 reading glasses I ordered have 3 visible defects in them. I can see them, even with my compromised vision. I got the most expensive top-of-the-line lenses. I imagine this must represent MULTIPLE failures in the supply chain. There should have been quality assurance at lens production, lens trimming/glasses assembly, and by the fitter at this practice (at the very least). I'm going to bring them back, but the fact that these got into my hands like this is frankly worrisome and disappointing.FOLLOW UP: I paid a visit, and spoke to Waseem about the lens. He explained that the ring shaped spots were normal, not defects. They are remnants from the manufacture of custom ground and coated glasses. He showed me another sample that had them as well. He assured me that he checks all pairs of glasses, and that the lens I had were very high quality, and the most durable that they have. Nonetheless, he said if I didn't like them would give me a full refund. I do not have a lot of experience with glasses, but I trust Waseem, so I decided to keep the glasses. Apart from the tiny spots, they are quite nice and I do like them. I appreciate that Waseem listened patiently, and made a sincere, personal effort to satisfy my concern. In fact, I would rather visit WHEO again over some random practice, because I know I will be treated fairly and professionally. So, thank you.
