I just don't know how to put 0 stars. Tried to speak to someone on the phone about some upgrades on my solar set up and was told rudely that if he didn't install it, he wouldn't touch it. I can respect and understand that. He had no idea about what I wanted to ask. Didn't let me explain and ended up hanging up on me. I understand that going into some places, probably there are some nightmare set ups. You could explain this nicely and maybe listen to what the person had to say. I never right reviews but felt this one was warranted.
