Please stay away from this dealership everyone. I bought my brand new Jetta from them last year and it has a infotainment system issue. I was going to this dealership since last November and they kept saying that there is a software update coming and kept on delaying. Finally the software update came and they did that with my steering wheel change. But since then my infotainment system has become worse. Google maps doesn’t work long, the screen starts showing multi colours after 30-35 mins of journey and the screen lags. Last night it was raining heavily and same thing happened when I was on a highway. I barely escaped an accident. If u go to this dealership they don’t do much except reset it. They don’t have rental cars etc as well. One of the service guys at the service reception is rude. I had my appointment booked and he said we are busy at the moment. They will leave u hanging with a faulty vehicle to drive.i wish I could rate them even lower

Yannick was a great salesperson to work with. It took me a few months to finally make up my mind but he was never pushy. Always kept me informed on the deals they had going on. He wanted to make sure I got the best value for what I was looking for and that's what I liked about him unlike some other sales agents who are just looking to make a commission. I would strongly recommend him when visiting this place.

I had purchased my Golf GTI from here through Yannick , he was very resourceful and patient I must say with me during the process of deciding which car is the best. The whole experience was good.Ain't gonna lie ! Wish I got more with my car, certain things that were promised were not included and that's my only pain point but otherwise it was a really good experience and to top that they got me the car early when they said it was suppose to come in September.

Picked up my 2023 Volkswagen Atlas from Sebastian last week! He was great to deal with from start to finish, he made sure my needs were met and was fantastic to follow up after the sale! I bought a new ID4 last week from here and Sana has been incredibly helpful. Honestly, if it wasn’t her, I wouldn’t have bought the ID4 from here since I don’t live in Mississauga. From the day 1 I went to the dealership to test drive the car and till yesterday, to check in with me to make sure I am enjoying my new ride, she treated me very professionally (and still friendly) and genuinely. While waiting for my order, she gave me updates regularly which gave me a comfort that she didn’t forget about me. Leased my 2023 top of the line Tiguan from Yannick at 401 Dixie VW. This was the smoothest transition I have had at a dealership involving a trade and getting the car i wanted at the price I wanted.
