The server took our order, took our money and didn't give us an order number or receipt. She then walked away and someone else asked if they could help. My husband told them we didn't get a receipt. The original girl came back and said we hadn't placed an order! Cleared up eventually with no apology whatsoever! We won't go back.

Friendly staff, good fresh coffee. My only gripe is that this location SERIOUSLY needs to fix the slippery tile. Someone is going to break their neck.

is great young staff there but some of the management yells your number over and over really loud and its kinda pushy and aubrut one women with her family was we heard you ..lol everything else is good but some new hires I hear get thrown out front with no one to help and they are to overwhelm by themselves doing food service for some the first time ever I've done lots of Fast-food Positions.. including McDonald's its no joke and McDonald's takes it very serious... Costumer service is something I do very well.

Should have turned around and left when the guy working tried to over charge me for my coffee and muffin but I needed something. I always get a coffee and a muffin on my way to work. But this muffin I ended up with was supposed to be cranberry orange, didn't have a single piece of cranberry in it, it was rock hard small and dry! There were big fluffy muffins there full of cranberries and I got given garbage!! I'm not impressed! I'm done with McDonald's, gonna start leaving the house earlier so I can go to Tim Hortons from now on i guess

I bought a breakfast sandwich meal for my self which was good. But for my son I ordered pancakes and sausage.When we stopped to eat the food I discovered that he didn’t get the sausage. Next time I was there I told them this and was informed I would have had to return with the meal to have it corrected. ??Most of the time I find everything good but this was disappointing. I even had written in a complaint on the same day but never heard from them.

I visited this restaurant's drive-through today and unfortunately, the service was not up to par. The person at the payment window appeared to be unwell, and it was difficult to communicate with them. When I handed them the correct amount for my order, I was only given $9 in change instead of the $10 I was expecting. When my girlfriend mentioned the discrepancy, the employee became visibly upset and slammed the window shut. While the food itself was satisfactory, the poor service left a bad impression. I hope that the management takes steps to ensure that their employees are properly trained and equipped to provide good customer service.

Cashier took order. Two bunless burgers. Still paying full price, for less, of course. Cook puts both burgers in same tray. I ask for separate tray (two burgers is the order because two people -- isn't that obvious or I would have got the double?) Cashier walks it back to the cook, who seems confused. Cashier grabs one burger with bare, filthy cashier hands and dumps it upside down (cheese now on bottom) into a burger box. Carries it back to me like all fixed". Tired of overpaying and having such a garbage experience. Never going here again"

Definitely the worst McDonalds in Nova Scotia. I get that occasional mistakes happen, but the level of consistent incompetence at this location is astounding. You figure for folks that mess up so much they would at least be able to deal with mistakes, but asking for an order to be corrected here is also almost always super frustrating.Management is seriously lacking at this location.

After asking if they could do milkshakes a little late they assured us they could, and when we got them they were mostly melted and tasted like cleaner. I was up sick the rest of the night. Apparently this location thinks it's funny to poison their customers.

Don't get stuck in reserved cause they'll forget for an hour, they atleast gave me my milkshake before they sent me here.
