FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

All the other locations have some really negative reviews. So far my dealings have been positive. My insurance company like many put me onto them. So far they’ve been helpful, professional and quick to respond to communication.

We had a flood just after Christmas and first onsite came in right away to start with the renovations! They are fantastic!

3 months and clean up still not completed. In a hurry to get the job but that is where any concerns about time ended. Poor communication or better way of saying it, no communication. Claiming work they did not do. Having to have the work redone because it was not done properly the first time. My recommendation, find a different company that cares about quality and timeliness.In response to my post and as requested I contacted you.You talked about making it right. But once again no response. You gave timelines that went from days to no response in weeks. Your subcontractors provided such a horrible scope of work, this has not changed. 8 months later, as a result of using your company it leaves me to cover the thousands of dollars in repairs from your mistakes.I can speak to desperately needing help in an emergency but please do not use this company, I regret it.

We had quite a night last Thursday when we found a leak in one of the pipes in our home at around 10pm. I called FirstOnSite and they took some info from me and then within 15 minutes I got a call from Keith from the Chilliwack office. He let me know that I was not alone in this and they would send guys out immediately to help. Within an hour, there were two guys (John and Ted) there with the vacuum trucks and they got to work. A couple hours later, the water was sucked up, the area was cleaned up and the carpets were drying. A bad night was made a whole lot better because of this team of guys and I am truly thankful for their great attitudes, hard work and help. Would totally recommend them and use them again!
