Dr. Picard and his team are truly incredible. This experience FAR exceeded any other experience I’ve ever had with a dental office. They are warm, caring and super kind. And most importantly: fantastic at their jobs. I went in twice in a week - once for a routine cleaning and the second time for a cavity filling with Dr. Picard. Both appointments were extremely quick and absolutely painless. If you’re not going here for your dental work you’re 100% missing out!

I've been taking my kids here since they were about 4 years old. They're so great with how they make the kids feel comfortable. The TVs help a lot to keep them still, and they always look forward to the treasure chest of toys at the end!

Excellent experience from the warm greeting, the efficient and thorough cleaning, to the informative examination. Everyone was caring, and friendly. I never felt rushed in any part of the process and any questions that I had were answered thoughtfully.

Downtown Dental is a very professional, high calibre practice.I have had regular hygiene and examinations over 2 years, all of which have been well handled.I have recently had a crown inserted which was done very effectively with great expertise and state of the art technology, with great care by Dr. Picard and Noelle.All of the staff I have had contact with are professional, caring and knowledgeable.

I want to express my gratitude to the doctor and assistants. Since I am very sensitive to all procedures related to the teeth, in this case I can give the highest praise to the clinic staff.The tooth extraction session was as comfortable as possible, the atmosphere was very friendly and I was treated to juice!

I’m a wimpy dental patient! Lots of dental pain as a child. Downtown Dental has always been very respectful of that…which I appreciate. My cleaning this week was exceptional…absolutely no pain at all. Nicky was thorough and explained everything as she worked. It was actually a joy to be in the chair! As always…Dr Rick was great and the office staff is so pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend the office and any of the dentists to anyone.

To be honest, I'm not impressed. The front staff aren't terribly friendly and I've had mixed results from fillings and cleanings there. Once the hygienist missed a quarter of my mouth for a cleaning. I've also received two fillings that will likely need replacing. I think several of the dentists there are great but others are maybe a bit too new.

An overall amazing experience. Dr Picard is humorous and gives great feedback and ideas for future dental needs. And my hygienist was gentle and always made sure I was doing good. I'm glad I switched dentists!

I’ve been with Downtown Dental now for 6 or so years. They are wonderful… the hygienists are gentle and never talk down to you, the reception are friendly and always have the paperwork sorted out like clockwork. And the dentists super respectful, professional and not a hint of arrogance - just great bedside manner! Love the whole team!
