Worst Customer Service. Racist Manager.I went to this store at about 7.35pm today Mar.23.2023. The girl there was working on the table and didn't greet us at first which I find quite unusual.When I touched the pants there, she rushed to me and said, dont flip the clothes, dont make a mess.I had only one pants there yet.I asked for her manager, she said she is the manager herself, I asked for someone higher which she refused to provide any information and asked us to leave.The owner should only hire someone who has some basic education atleast. Manager is a big rank and should only be provided to someone who is capable and has some education. If your manager is racist how come customers feel respectful.Touching a pant is flipping and messing?I asked her if she can provide the number for owner as I want to provide feedback- she clearly refused.I will never come to your store.

This place is usually get my jeans from because they’re the only ones I found that have sizes 8 or 10 where normally I can’t find going to other places… I purchased these pants Monday February 2022 went back Wednesday…. THE SAME WEEK. that being said one pair of jeans were too big and got told I couldn’t return them “due to being wash” WHEN in fact they never touched the washer… I love how they “look” at the jeans and say “they’re wash” when I was returning them DUE to them being ripped where the pocket was and too big. But paying for something that is ruin is okay not in my book.I’m not sure about you but how can you tell someone who’s telling the truth is “lying”. And the fact that these employees were rude about it. Like acted like elementary girls Don’t like your job then STAY HOME PEOPLE.-Lilly

I don't normally have any issues with clothing stores. I've always had great and positive experiences, especially with Bluenotes across Ontario - but this specific Bluenotes (more like one of the employees) really disappointed and repulsed me.I didn't catch her name, if I did I would have reported her. Medium height, medium to long dark brown hair, dark eyes and glasses. Snotty and disrespectful with a serious attitude.When I went to pay for my clothes, she offered me the $5 off discount that has been in the store for a while now, which was nice. All it takes is a text message, followed by a sign-up with email/name/phone number. However, when I told her that I couldn't reach the site it was redirecting me to with my data/in-mall wifi, she proceeded to lip me off and say I can tell you're not trying hard enough." I corrected her by saying "This issue is also in your sister company 'Urban Planet'

Out of all the places I've bought clothing, I find myself come back here often. You cannot beat the prices and deals that Bluenotes offers.

Nice cheap place for routine and seasonal clothes. need to look for good deal. Staff is good

I always love the variety and t-shirts at Bluenotes. Best place to buy jeans.

Manager is very rude and racist. Very unprofessional service. She should stay home if she do not like her job.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I went there with a pair of jeans I bought recently and the receipt, wishing to return them as they were defective and ripping. The district manager proceeded to gaslight me, claiming “We don’t sell those jeans. I’m the district manager and I know everything we sell here, so the conversation is over”. Apparently you don’t! Very rude staff. So many better clothing stores in the mall though!

Their Customer service is terrible I went there waited too long for one short so someone come and give it to me nothing happened then i went to cashier but no one was there to help either so I take the stick to grab it my self then an employee comes and the only thing she said was you have to learn some patient and then she walked away!!!Do not waste your time there!!! They don’t care about your time at all!!!!

I love bluenotes and would normally absolutely give 5 star BUT for the very rude and poor service I received from one of the head cashiers I'm guessing? I didn't catch her name because I was too stunned by her attitude and recklessness with bluenotes precious customers... All I remember is that she had glasses. The ladies ahead of me were treated the same way. Unbelievable. Anyway, there was a shorter dark haired woman worked on shelving.. She was wonderful. This review in no way reflects her. Bluenotes .. Does someone want to keep tabs on the quality of customer service your employees are representing on your behalf???
