The lady Amy who rents the rooms and air b&b is rude aggressive abusive I have filed a complaint with Air bb the layout in the pictures wasn't the same as the suite drug dealers at the entrance of the building approached me 2mins after getting there mailboxes in lobby were broken Into she threw my daughter's things Into a locked room and swore at her the worst service ever and first time with air b b this lady tried to get into my car as we drove away she needs to go back to where ever she came from and learn. So e manners

Overall it's been a great stay.The apartment is nice and clean. It even has heated bathroom floors, coffee and a very comfortable bed.Plus it has the best views of the bow River.

I really wanted to stay here, but I couldn't get in! There is a locked front door, with no instructions on who to talk to or how to get a key. No contact information anywhere. Even Agoda, the booking agent we went through, couldn't get a response from the property owner. I feel like we were missing a key piece of information, but had no way of getting it. Was able to cancel free of charge, and went somewhere else.

Stayed for a night. Unbeatable location and value for money. The place was clean and adequate. Only problem was the thermostat, it wouldn't move below 23 and for someone who runs hot during the night was pretty uncomfortable for a while

Great apartment, with balcony with magnificent views. Clean, well equipped, fast wifi, and very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Excellent position to walk around town and bus and transit stops

We went here over the weekend. Unfortunately the fire place didn't work and heat didn't go higher then 21 or 22. I was cold the majority of the night but it was very well priced. And it was located in a great area with a beautiful view!!

If only I could put no stars I would; one star is above and beyond generous. Amy was unprofessional, rude, condescending and needs improvement with her interpersonal customer skills; her attitude needs a MAJOR adjustment. DO NOT book with Element.
