I am thoroughly pleased with the service and product thats been provided. The assessment was done at my home and took roughly 30 minutes. Turn around time for my orthotics was just over 1 week. The technician listened to my concerns and incorporated features into my orthotics that made them feel super comfortable and sturdy. Will definitely return next year when my benefits cover a new pair. Thanks so much!

Stephan Radoja's custom orthotics are by far the best orthotics I have ever worn. The hard plastic orthotics I used to wear pale in comparison to the layered EVA ones Stephan offers, whose superior material technology and craftsmanship provides robust and highly specialized support for my feet. I've just recently got a second pair from him, and I can tell you his dedication to his patients as well as his expertise will garuantee you excellent orthotics and foot support.

Everything was seamless from the initial call, measuring/explaining in person, and then finally delivering the final product to me. Always on time and very respectful of COVID-19 precautions. I’ve had the insoles for 2 weeks slowly using more and will be sure to repeat again next year.

I 100% recommend Pro Balance Custom Orthotics! Steve is so knowledgable, professional, and he makes the best orthotics! He comes to your house to do the assessment and feet scanning, plus he delivers it after 2 weeks (usually 1 week but due to COVID it's 2 weeks). I've had these for about 3 weeks now and they're so comfortable. Couldn't be happier with them.

Steve is a champ- just had my at-home initial assessment and foot scan for orthotics. He was able to run through the analysis within my lunch hour, and inform me on potential issues that could happen down the line without better orthotic support.Never had orthotics before but very excited to see what pro balance is able to make for me in a couple weeks!

Very professional, very convenient and great with communication. Had previous custom orthotics services from other providers in the past, but never as good. They really did a thorough assessment and asked for my preferences, which resulted in the best fitting orthotics I ever had. Great service, really recommend it!
