When they ask for your phone number, be prepared to be bombarded with messages on your phone when you make an appointment. Annoying at best, and a breach of privacy as they don't warn you, you're going to get text messages from them. The receptionist appeared to have slept in her shirt, all wrinkled...you work in a aesthetic salon, take it up a notch...things are a bit worn out if you look around closely...it just didn't feel good so I ended up cancelling.

Very hygiene and calm environment. Friendly stuffs. I went there even when I was pregnant. They make me feel comfortable and always asking if I’m okay. They use good quality wax and the stuff are very experienced and super nice. I always feel less pain when I do my waxing at Bloor st west ten spot.Definitely recommend Cindy, Chin, Shyla and Rafaelle

Love a good wax. Quick, no fuss and all the little stubborn hairs are taken care of too. People have been pleasant and watching TV is a great distraction from any discomfort.

Very friendly staff! Got a leg, arm, underarm, eyebrow, and upper leg and everything went smoothly and amazingly!! Room was cozy , and a great touch was the Netflix playing throughout the whole time!! Would definitely come back!

Awful lash lift. They did not curl. And they are going in different directions, separating in the middle of my eye. I hate them and i was charged over 100$ for that. one of the Worst lash lifts ive ever gotten for the money it costed.

After not caring for my skin for three covid years, I am very happy with the the improvement I see. Four facial treatments and use of recommended products have made a difference. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Basanta is a gem! Thank you!

Wendy did my nails and she was the kindest! She was such a sweet person but also did a great job! Painlessly removed my old shellac and gave me a beautiful pink shellac mani! It’s been 5 days and they still look brand new! It’s really clean in here and I watched her open all new things for me so I knew it was fresh and clean. Had a great time here on Christmas Eve!
