I was very impressed with the level of service on my car being repaired. The staff were friendly and took the time to carefully explain the process of repair. Being treated like a valued customer is very important to me and I feel confident that if I require their services again I will do so.

Sept 2019 Update. Traded Truck!May 2019. Posting pics that shows all the flaws. The small square pieces of tape show all the dirt under the paint. Or bubbles. Or small indentations. The sections squared off either show where the paint is drying out or where the peel is dry. The lines of tape a few inches long show creases or lines in the paint (runs maybe). The pic of the truck taped off are flaws that still remain after having truck in 3 timesThey Blamed The Rain & Wet Paint For Their Terrible WorkUpdate April 2019. They are now blaming wet roads for the terrible paint job. When #1. Why would they call me and tell me the truck is ready if it couldn't be driven on wet roads. And or. If they paint was still wet? (was I supposed to put my truck in a box and carry it home?) #2. It was minus 8 and overcast the day it was picked up. #3. It was taken back to be corrected since the first day it was picked up. No mention of this excuse before.A lawyer has been contacted. This company and location are a joke. The area supervisor (Clint) also lied to our insurance company. (wet roads were to blame etc)*AVOID* *AVOID* Not sure how this place received such good reviews. It's likely from people who show up and just want a vehicle fixed. When it's done. They take off and don't care. Or don't inspect the work. Unfortunately. That's not my parents. They baby and are meticulous with their vehicles. Not sure who they have there doing the paint. But they should pick another profession. The truck in question was 6 months old. $60,000 truck. A retirement gift to themselves. Collision was not their fault and their insurance basically said they had to take it there. Likely because it was the cheapest. The actual color matches OK. But the texture and peel are horrendous (the day it was to be picked up it looked like a child did the work as there were runs, lines and imperfections everywhere. They had to take it back in to fix it before they left the first time. That was all that could be seen in that cold overcast day. So who inspected the work before calling them to say it was ready? I'd say no one). The next day. When. The sun came out. Revealed all. There's dry patches. Patches with little peel and places that are dull and lips where they used tape. They took obvious shortcuts wherever they could when doing this job. Even the district manager agreed. But even he. With a few places pointed out to him. Said. he was OK with that". Well. Its not his truck or his money. So who cares if it's acceptable to him? Anyways

I would definitely recommend car star elmsdale to anyone, the service is great and customer service is great, Lisa and the team were great to deal with. When I had my SUV taken there for body repairs after hitting a deer, I was very well taken care of, they were always in touch with what was going on and that they had to wait for parts. After I had picked it up when it was ready, a headlight blew out a couple weeks later, I called car star, was told to take it back down, dropped it off, they replaced the headlights again and haven't had a problem with my SUV sense. Again, great customer service all around!

Bad and liars and can’t treat there client with respect do never recommend them to anyone

I took my car to Carstars in Elmsdale and I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa, well let me tell you that this girl went over and beyond to help me with my issues she socked me every phone call I got from her.. so if you need carwork PLEASE take it to Carstar inElmsdale to Lisa, you will not be disappointed, she is totally AMAZING...disappointed p

I should have listened to the several people who told me not to take my car here for repairs. Though, I listened to what my insurance recommended. Customer service was absolutely terrible, very unpleasant to deal with and does not talk to their customers very politely. On top of that, my AC broke through my accident with a deer.. they did install new parts for the AC but then told.me they were not capable of getting the rest of the repair complete to take it into Volkswagen. I took it it Volkswagen, takig mother's off.. come to find out it did need another part, and with the horrible customer service person Lisa, and the rest of the team decided they didn't want to cover the bill and told the insurance the damage was not due to the accident. (Weird they replaced some of the parts for it already though) so now I'm out of AC with the heat coming, in my brand new car.Oh I forgot to add, I left a few belongings in the rental I dropped off, instead of keeping them inside until I could conveniently grab them, they were left in an unlocked car. Very terrible experience. I do not recommend coming here.

Had my vehicle repaired here a few times. Staff are amazing very friendly and keep you updated on delays and repairs. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Carstar had my car in for some cosmetic work recently, the work was great, fitment of the bumper and paint all seem fine, however a little lack of communication made things difficult and unclear. But my insurance company was to blame for most of it. I would definitely use carstar again.

Unfortunately my in-laws car insurance suggested coming here. Truck will never look the same. Took it in for repeat touch ups as it looked horrendous. To top it all off the rental wasn't sufficient for the family it was carrying. Too small /no adequate space nor proper tires for winter. Won't recommend
