Sunglass Outfitters by Sunglass Hut

My husband bought a pair of Oakleys a week ago, they ended up hurting his head so he decided to return them when we went back a week later since he was told he has 60 days to return them and ended up buying another pair online. He didn’t wear them once while he had them. When he went back the lady who was working held them under a light and inspected them and said no you can’t return them there’s a scratch on the lens. You can barely even see the scratch unless you’re looking for it. Since he didn’t wear them they were most likely sold like that in the first place and they didn’t inspect them when they sold them. We won’t be going to this location and will just order directly from the Oakley website.

Good service

After my mom tried on a bunch of sunglasses she finally chose a pair. There was about four pairs lying on the desk. The lady working said TWICE that a pair was missing before actually inspecting the ones lying there. Both times we told her they’re all there or she must’ve put one away. My mom had to lift up the pair she thought was missing from the desk. She accused us of stealing before actually inspecting the glasses in front of her. She didn’t apologize & turned right around to finalize the purchase.It was such an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. We did not purchase anything. We will not be going back nor will we recommend this place to anyone. I know I will definitely be letting people know my experience with this employee.
