First time experiencing this dealer as I used to attend Londonderry Dodge. I can easily say this dealer now has my business from now on.The service bay is huge, the advisors are polite and helpful, honest and upfront, the waiting area is relaxing, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. They have a cafe with snacks and healthy food items to indulge in while you wait, parts and advisors all around, and miscellaneous swag items you can buy such as dodge/jeep branded items.The service did take longer than I anticipated, however, but considering the size of the dealer and end of month time I went, it was very busy and I was very understanding.I will be back for future service requests! I have been a loyal Dodge owner since 2008. I’ve purchased my last 4 vehicles from Dodge. I have referred family & friends over the years who’ve made the switch to Dodge. Most recently my boyfriend bought a truck from Dodge. After driving his new truck for only a few months, it was stolen. It was devastating to say the least. It also ended up being very disappointing that the same Dodge dealership and salesman I’d used for years gave us little to no options in finding a replacement truck after insurance had settled. We felt at a loss. It seemed no one could or was willing to invest the time or efforts to help get my boyfriend back into another truck he could feel good about driving again. After Being given very little to no options & Being the loyal Dodge customer I am, I suggested we look into other Dodge dealerships to help find a new truck. A truck he could feel good in driving again. Shortly after We found ‘Crosstown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Edmonton.’ After having been a bit discouraged from our previous experience, we were pleasantly surprised! After only a few short minutes of looking on the lot, we met Mo. After hearing our story and experience Mo was on top of things. Mo changed a negative experience into the most positive experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Mo took on all the stresses while we eagerly awaited our options & outcome. Mo listened to exactly what we were looking for in a truck. He knew exactly what to show us and what not to. Despite the tricky situation after having had a truck stolen, Mo not only got a truck that had the features we’d hoped, he also got a newer truck at a lower approval rate! It took a few days and it wasn’t an easy process for him or the dealership but Mo made it seamless and pleasant. Not once had we felt that ‘pushy salesmen’ feeling or unimportant due to our situation. Mo from day one was very honest, personable, genuine and passionate about getting us into a quality truck again. Mo has been responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking us through the entire process. He shook our hand day 1 and remained true to his word. When I went to Crosstown I had only had one good experience at an auto dealership in my life, and I’m not young, so I was extremely skeptical when I began negotiating my purchase.However I was very pleasantly surprised when it turned out that we were with nice people who were not intent on plundering my pension and leaving me broke.We left very happy with our vehicle.Matthew Kitchen was the salesman we dealt with - a good guy.We also had a short meeting with his manager (Manny) and a longer session with Denise in finance. Both excellent.But Matt was the guy who made it happen.

This was my first experience with Crosstown. This is one of the few times I have felt compelled to give feedback for a job well done. First time getting service on my car here, what a spectacular experience! Cheyanne is amazing to deal with. They really helped me while in a bind. In a situation that could have been so stressful Cheyanne being so sweet and helpful really took the weight off my shoulders. The service manager Brian was extremely helpful. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone.
