I found out about this company at the home show and fell in love instantly. It was a local company, they had a beautiful story, they gave us a great deal on our first two bags, the food had great ingredients, and they delivered, what is not to love. Unfortunately in the recent weeks my dog tore her acl and started developing chicken allergies so she had to go on very expensive vet prescribed hypoallergenic weight loss food. I messaged to cancel my service saying that if they ever create a formula without chicken i would love to re subscribe. I also wondered if i could return my unopened 5kg bag for a refund as her new food was very expensive. After a few weeks i got no response to my online contact form so i emailed this same thing. I got a very blunt response saying it was canceled. i again asked about a possible refund and received a very blunt no. Super disappointed with the customer service at the end and now just feel like all they cared about was getting my money.

The shipping and delivery all the way to the top north end of B.C.is incredible in a small nowhere town. We have extremely spoiled dogs ranging ages and sizes. We were feeding them orijen, the red, original and senior... All of which drove us to find another food. I am from the Fraser Valley so reading about the locally sourced food was the draw. So two of our dogs eat this food no problem, the other one will with a little coaxing... Go find it game.Thisis a huge improvement over the orijen not to mention no mid night bathroom emergencies with them. I also bought the calming treats which are fine and the hip and joint treats as well. The calming treats are received great by all but our big dog surprisingly does not like the hip and joint treats. The only thing that would make this food better would be if they could make it more attractive to our very old very picky old dog who prefers Purina one lamb and rice.... I think it smells better too

Great dog food and our dog loves it! Unfortunately, the customer service is not always the best. If ever we have an enquiry, a blunt, sometimes rude response follows lacking necessary information previously asked for.

My dog Cooper LOVES the food! I love that it is healthy and made in BC. It's awesome to be able to support local and the company has such an impactful story of how it came to be. Also, love that they support great causes like the Sarah Burke Foundation and Paws it Forward. Besides all this goodwill -- it's SUPER CONVENIENT! Never again will I run out of dog food and have to give my pup gas station dog food (I know shame on me!).Definitely recommended!!
