I have photographed a handful of weddings at the Ralph Connor House through summer, fall, and winter... and no matter the season - each time it has been an amazing experience! The house has so much beautiful character and gorgeous natural light, each room is so unique!... all the spaces of the house add that little bit of magic to any couple's wedding day. (It's truly a dream location for a wedding photographer!) I also know first hand that the staff work extremely hard to make their clients day as special as possible. I would highly recommend Ralph Connor to anyone wanting a venue with character and charm right inside the city!

We were at Doors Open Winnipeg and chose this house. The tour was fabulous. There was someone outside, and then another on the main level,and also a guide on the 2nd floor. They all knew this house and Ralph Connor’s story and gave us so much fascinating information. It included that this was his pen name for his many many books. His real name was Reverend Gordon and he maintained his status as a church leader at the same time as being a novelist. It was built in 1913 at a cost of $50,000 when homes were being built for $1,000. If it is open again to the public I recommend going and soaking up some history!

Absolutely amazing! We got married here and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The house matched our personality perfectly, we're both book lovers! Our family commented on how lovely the wedding was, and the house was the best backdrop for our outdoor photos.I would highly recommend the Ralph Connor House for any function you're looking to have; be that a wedding, meeting, or get together.

We had our Harry Potter themed wedding here on May 18th, 2019. The staff was great. Everyone loved the house. They were very patient with arranging time to put up decor. Prices were really very reasonable (we did a lot of research on this point, and so we say this with some confidence). The ceremony went great. This was one of the better choices that we made in our whole wedding planning process.

We're celebrated our wedding at RCH. Everyone loved the interior and backyard of the house. The food and drinks were great - huge thanks to Craig and his team! Jan (the Event Manager) gave us good advices about our event's organization and has made sure that all our inquiries are met. The wedding day went flawlessly! Thank you all!
