Great place to buy my ASIC shoes. The ace always looks closed because you can never see the staff working from the street but they are good.

We were there on the weekend and I am guessing it’s the manager of the store was very strange. She seemed so stressed and overwhelmed so much so that she came across as rude. There were a few different people in the store but she kept jumping from one person and then to another. Then she kept yelling at everyone to not touch the shoes. She even yelled across the store to someone who was looking at the clothes. I honestly felt like she just told people anything to get them to make a purchase. Both my husband and I bought shoes because they were shoes that we had before but we will not return to this location. In fact the reason why we went to this location in the 1st place was we because we had such a great gentleman serve us last time.

I bought my running shoes here for the first time after a very bad experience in a bigger sports equipment store where I got zero guidance and advice on purchasing the right shoes (and ended up returning the pair I bought because of poor fit). The lady at Coin des Coureurs was super friendly, very very helpful, and I’m more than happy with my purchase. Will definitely buy here again!

Went there yesterday at approx 1:30. The person working was super helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with my purchases! Cant wait to receive my shoes!! She had to order them online because they did not have my size in store. Prices are also fair. I got a great sports bra for way less then what I usually pay for. Thank you to the woman that helped me!!Fast shipping! Order placed Friday afternoon. Just receive my shoes (Wednesday morning)

After have a horrible experience with the store located on Park Ave. That same day we were happy as first time customers to receive amazing service by the store owner here! Patient, welcoming and super caring and attentive. Was great experience all around!

Came in to buy a pair of runners as a new runner. There were two sales people, one in training and another experienced worker. The new person didn't have any knowledge on the runners, which is fine, but the experienced worker was helping me and then went to help another customer that came in after me and dropped me as a client. I came to this store thinking I would get more advice and help but I honestly was better off shopping online. Quite disappointed in the service especially when an average purchase is about $200 for runners. Won't be coming back.

Got my Salomon Ultra/Pro here a while ago, they order to store and as a tip for everyone. Stay away from male staff, if you need any help the females there are really great. :)

Not blaming the sales person, I would blame to the owner or the company. There is ONLY 1 sales person who can NOT serve everything to the customers during weekend lunch time. Especially, your store is specialized for runners, there is not just walk-in customers buying stuff randomly. Your customers need to get your advice/suggestion in that case it would take more time. To management, to arrange/manage your resource better, otherwise customers will find alternative stores.Photo: 3 clients in store haven’t been served yet and wait and bunch of customers outside lineup. I left the store and had bad experience with the “Coin De Coureurs”, some of outside customers also left.
