Waited 5-10 mins for someone to come see me at the counter. I was the only customer in the store. 4 of the workers sat in a group and talked, just ignoring me. Got my food, absolutely drenched in mayonnaise. Onion rings were still raw. I won't ever go back

Not impressed with this place at all. Time and time again the staff is rude and they always put too much sauce on burgers. Extremely disappointed.

I enjoy writing positive comments however as a senior I have to say this was the worst A&W I have visited. It cost me $16 for day old onion rings and a buddy burger all of which were cold, the onion rings were so over salted - what a shame this restaurant needs to step up their game.I went through the drive thru around 6:45 on Friday night, I was the only car in the line. I have requested a coupon to use at A&W for the value that went on a meal that went into the garbage. The coupon will be used at a different A&W for sure.Unfortunately to post this feedback I had to give them 1 star....shameful.

came to get breakfast as there is no power due to freezing rain. while waiting in drive through line, they stopped serving breakfast, although everyone was there to get it. waited 20+ minutesterrible service.went elsewhere and got a real breakfast.never again!

Customer service a 5. Got the beyond burger that was amazing. Unfortunately the onion rings I got came cold, no love at $5. I’ll still be back but I was disappointed.

If I could give less I would .... rotten and cold food buy the time I brought my drive thru food home 5 minutes away the food was ice cold on a hot day frys were like they were day olds now on to the toppings gross brown slimy lettuce with a what I can presume to be a rotten tomato that was trimmed around thw edges so they could still use absolutely gross ... then when I called to speak with the manger I get a team lead who sounds like she was new fair enough we all got to start somewhere but her lack of experience should not be left alone to run a store. The offer after I call in about this was she called the manger and mentioned I could drive back and get a refund thanks waste my time my fuel and was still hungry this shall be the last time I go there

We've eaten at this location three times. First two were good, the last was pretty bad. I had the buddy burger and it was completely saturated with mayo, ketchup and mustard, so much so that the bun was too wet and it broke into pieces and the burger slipped right out. Asked for another one and it was the same. No idea why they feel they have to put almost a whole container of each on the bun?. Also, the back area where you put your trays etc was a mess and dirty. On a positive note the fries were good and the lady who served us was friendly. But we won't be back.
