Im not sure what’s up with this place lol.Are the kids working there high? Is the management too strict on them?They just don’t care.The handful of times I’ve been at this location my order always has been inconsistent.It takes 15 mins to get a simple blizzard. Takes 15 mins for them to take your order.They don’t flip the blizzards. The quality is liquidy. By the time I get home (5 mins away) I have to stick in the freezer for another 15 mins. The cups that the blizzards come in are stained with syrups and dust.My last order was by the drive-thru. The girl asked me what I ordered at the window, she had forgotten or not entered it?Could happen to anyone so I repeated my order. Then she moved her head away for 15 seconds and looked back and asked me again what my order was… LOL what ???I understand it’s just a minimum wage job, but there still should be somewhat of good service and product.I’ll remember to go to the willowbrook location next time. So much better and actually seems like a DQ.

My family and I have been ordering custom cakes from this location for years and we are never disappointed! They do a phenomenal job every time and we’re always very happy with the results. I’m attaching a picture from a recent cake that was done for my younger brothers birthday, and he was extremely happy with it. I cut his name out for privacy, but you can see the detail that the cake has on it (the rainbow). Highly recommend going here if you need a custom birthday cake as they always do exactly what you ask for and more.

Brought my kids here to get a treat. My daughter went to use the bathroom. Asked about if we needed a key for the bathroom as they were locked. I was told both bathrooms were closed because somebody used them earlier and made a mess. So there was no bathrooms available.I gave all three employees that were looking at me a blank face as every family fast food establishment must have a bathroom available. This was not the case.When we left, a sign was put up that the bathrooms were closed.Not acceptable for a family establishment. With enough employees working, someone should be delegated to make a bathroom available.

This location has a really hard time getting orders right. Truly 50/50 chance. High price to pay to not get what you want.. already home by the time you realize. And I second the comment about liquid blizzards"... Really has been this way since they stopped having to serve them "upside down". Also why does it take 10 mins for each drive thru order??"

Very unprofessional. The 4 people on staff were all young, and lots of joking and giggling, not much work into getting the ice cream made. They seemed more into their socialization that their job. The girl working the drive through was abrupt and rushed with us, then back to chatting with the others while they made the food. My wife's blizzard was good. The sundae i ordered looked thrown together carelessly and rushed. The general attitude was terrible, and it was by far the worst service I have had there. This combined with our last couple experiences, not interested in going back. Photo was taken 30 seconds after leaving the drive through.

Did a drive through and ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. They charged me $16.80 . I went back to question this and the girl says the owner sets the prices. Advertised at $3.89 each on the DQ website. I know things are expensive but this is a little beyond. Skip that location in the future.

Avoid!! The last two times my burgers and wraps have been microwaved. My wrap was mushy, with wilted lettuce, and the ranch dressing burnt my tongue. I went inside for a refund and the manager admitted they “blast” them. I guess to cut down the time at the drive thru they started microwaving!! Appalling when they are so overpriced toAug 10th 2022…today went though the drive thru for a vanilla cone and this is what I received

Somehow this place always seems to serve liquid blizzards. Used to be they had to flip upside down before handing over. Too expensive not to serve properly...won't be coming back here, Marble Slab is just a few minutes away..

Whatever you do don’t come here they don’t even know how to make a blizzard. Came here today to grab a cotton candy blizzard and there was little to no topping. How do you do you manage to not but the one thing that makes the blizzard into it holy moly. Would be zero stars if I could
