Expectations for customer service are not by any means unreasonable, even if employees were to say nothing, I wouldn't be offput or am I someone to write a review without it being warranted - this time it was because it was with several clients and for no reason other than working the cash register. She was quite rude with every single one of them - shameful behavior.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai échangé un billet 6/49 pour le 5$ gagné. La dame me dit qu’elle n’a pas le temps pour moi, plein de monde blablabla… elle m’a servie quand même , mais si t’as pas le temps pour moi t’as pas le temps pour les autres. C’est la dane blonde aux lunettes

TERRIBLE !!!!!The girl working Thursday night (July 29th) closing the gates while I am paying with a line up behind me i have to go back the other way passing the clients behind me which makes 0 sense and my phone falls while the cashier and the girl behind me talk about the VIBE of the music!!!!!! My phone falls and not to take any blame of closing the gates before I leave with a lineup behind me they blame me!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!If you're in a hurry to leave then don't work at that time. And COUCHE-TARD don't keep employees like that!And she is still there! She may be a bad employee but what does that say about couche tard?

Veuillez être un peu plus sélectifs avec le choix d'employés que vous engagez.L'employée vient de me donner un super mauvais service en disant que j'avais retirer ma carte de débit quand en fait, votre machine ne marchait même pas.Déjà là, même pas capable de dire bonjour ou bonne journée. C'est beau le service à la clientèle au terminus Montmorency huh..

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je viens, et le jeudi soir, une employée en particulier dont je ne nommerai pas le nom, manque totalement de tact et manque totalement de courtoisie envers nous, les clients. Bref, pour le service client le jeudi, je donne un 2 étoiles.

Considering working a dep is among the most soul crushing customer service jobs in existence, as a frequent customer, this is a fine depanneur. Obviously pretty small because of the location, but the staff doesnt endanger people, none of them are creeps and the service is pretty fast, which is more than i can say for a lot of other deps ive patronized.

After plastic bags were banned, this location ABSOLUTELY refuses to keep a healthy stock of paper bags.If you buy more than 2 things, you will be walking out with your arms full of products almost every time.
