I have had two problems here:First problem I needed a suite tailored before a big event and one pant leg came back 1.5-2 inches longer than the other. Luckily I had them fix it in time.Second, I just had somethings sewn onto a hat. If I had needle and thread it could have been done better by myself. The sewing job looked as if the machine jammed up and they just said meh" good enough. With this particular item there is no "good enough". It was also time sensitive and they weren't able to fix it before I left. So I went to another tailor and they said they could have it done by tomorrow.Long story short. Things go wrong even when they need to be done right and in a timely manner. I gave them a second chance and learned my lesson. Although they are really nice people and I can't speak for their cleaning since I have never had anything cleaned by them."

Paid to have a comforter sewn and cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, it hadn't been cleaned. I went back two days after they said it would be ready and was told it wasn't done and that I would have to come back. I live 45 minutes away, this is not a quick trip. I called them the next day and said I would be picking it up and then was told that they forgot" to call me to tell me that they were afraid to clean it. I told them I wanted a refund of the cleaning fee and picked it up. Never again."

Due to broken arm and couldn't due myself.Took items here, not a seamstress. One pant leg shorter, sleeves not same length, excess material not cut of (thank goodness) had to take items elsewhere to get them done right.

Went here to have my father in laws military uniform cleaned. I needed it a rush, we had came in from out if state for his funeral. They were so awesome they cleaned the uniform in time and they did not charge me.There truly are some good people out there and these people were great.

5 stars all the time. Can't tell you how many of my clothes they have saved from stains.
