Red Swan pizza

I ordered veggie fans pizza, bread sticks and spicy chicken pizza with garlic dip. I liked the veggie fans pizza as it had a unique taste with pineapple and a lot of veggies in it. The crust was okay too. Giving 2 star less because the spicy chicken was super boring. It was not at all spicy with a lot of red color. Bread sticks were also good. Garlic dip was also not that great in taste.

I had weird experience very first time buying pizza. I made a call to place an order and I get to know I am placing an order very first time to store so I do need to pay upfront and I been asked for the card details or I can place an online order. In these days, who ask for the card details over a call? So I placed an online order, and while picking up my order, I saw the note on the counter that if you are paying Mastercard $0.50 and for Amex $1 extra. I would say my food was good enough, but the service I have never expected like this. The employee was very nice and calm and gave all the answers genuinely to me.

Got it delivered and extremely Dissatisfied.We’ve ordered pizza from this location a few times at this point and each time they manage to disappoint everytime.On our order on Dec 10 and the pizza was undercooked, missing cilantro and small amounts of sesame seeds.We had mentioned multiple times to make sure that it was better quality than what was cooked by this Red Swan pizza franchise earlier.Our pizzas today were 1XL & 1Med spicy paneer and 1Med butter paneer and they messed it up royally.People can mess up once, twice, but how can you mess up everytime!!!

This place can do so much better when it comes to customer service . The guy who took the order needs to take order properly and may be learn a little more language. I had an amazing experience at the red swan in kitchener but the Cambridge one is not worth it. Ordered the butter chicken pizza with butter chicken sauce as base, and I was told that I only ordered butter chicken sauce as base only and was told that they repeated the order and I get that but was still missing cilantro and I was apparently told that I was not the person who ordered the pizza when I was and I offered to send in the picture, the guy kept arguing that I got exactly the same pizza. I told him to repeat the order and he mentioned cilantro but I was telling him that I am indeed missing it but he kept saying that he repeated the order and I told him that I know he did repeat the order but he would not get that I was missing cilantro it in the pizza. It was such disappointment as I was looking forward to order from the one closer to my home. The girl on the phone who answered was rude as well. I do not know but honestly they will argue and try to win the conversation even if they are at fault. I have myself worked in food industry for about 4 years but the 2 people who worked there tonight were just disrespectful. They will fight you .I have no complain about the food taste it indeed is fresh but customer service is 0.

Ì used to love the Red swan pizza, even since I moved to Cambridge this is the third time it happened, the quality of the pizza was not so good as well. Last two time when we ordered the pizza there was no cilantro what so ever even though while ordering the pizza we reminded that last two time there were no cilantro, and as a response he was so rude and said “well that is free toppings and we will add extra next time”.Every time I order the pizza with a hope that this time it will be better then previous time but it was just disappointing every time. Cambridge location is the worse, I would prefer to go to waterloo every time.On top of that customer service was so poor.

You need to try the pizza here. It is so positively different than the traditional places we are used to.The sesame crust is light and crispy. The sesame flavour enhances every final bite of the crust.I love how the mozzarella is on top and it seals in the toppings with a gorgeous toasted cheese flavour. This to me, along with the sesame crust, and light base is what makes this pizza worth trying and making it your regular pizza place. The flavour combinations are unique and I can't wait to try different pizza menu choices.This is a pizza place a true foodie would enjoy.

Excellent Pizza! Must try the Veggie Fan and the Spicy Paneer one. Lots of toppings and great taste.

On of the best pizza shop in town. Always enjoys their pizza. But sometimes they mess-up little bit like really less toppings but i think it happens when many different people make pizza. But still love it must try
