Terrible service here. Tried to change my debit card here and answered multiple security questions which were correct. My phone number didn’t match cause I changed cell providers. They continued to ask personal security questions over the Covid glass and everyone can here the information…. I asked if this is actually secure and asked for my cards back. What a joke. These workers don’t deserve more than minimum wage.

Legendary customer service. People complain about banks all the time like it's the hip thing to do. Processes take time. This is a bank, not a fast food restaurant.M.L is a welcoming, professional and knowledgeable FSR who helped with me with my banking needs. Never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. Great lad!

Good luck coming to this location if you need help from an actual person. Reps are not knowledgeable of even their own systems, every time I'm in here the line is long and service is exceptionally slow even for simple matters. Great if you just want a nearby ATM but otherwise go elsewhere.

Don't you have a zero star?I had been a customer at TD bank for 8 years and I had never felt so dissapointed at this branch. I was confused after doing a transaction and I asked to one supervisor that was assisting people at the ATM to clarify my receipt.She wasn't helpful at all. She didn't answer what I was asking.She just repeated what I already have seen printed in my receipt in a very rude way!She had a very bad attitude.This lady shouldn't be working in customer service. Please get another job if you are not willing to help people. That is your job lady!

High turnover rates of staff are ruining the service at this bank. One teller (Anjali) has been incredibly rude on multiple occasions. Maturity is right out of high school and lacks professionalism. Wouldn't mind her falling into the turnover.

Absolute garbage service (although this is reflective of all of TD). I've had employees google their own services in front of me because they've never heard of them. Many cannot seem to answer basic banking questions or agree with each other about their work policy. You HAVE to do your own research and come into the bank with a plan because you cannot rely on the workers to help you, unfortunately.
