Great experience and so professional! They went the extra mile and made first time home buying so smooth and seamless! Every step was incredibly easy and perfect coming from someone who was so nervous about the whole process. All future real estate transactions will be done through Bob Pedler real estate.

I have been living here for many years. The problems I have experienced have been constant. Dan himself has been ineffective in keeping this place clean, safe, and there are many safety issues in units. We have had many bug issues in both buildings which were not addressed quick enough. He is highly intimidating and sometimes you fear making a complaint. He does not answer texts and does not tell the truth about spraying bug issues.There have been many times that hypodermic needles have been found inside the buildings. As of now we are slightly infested with cockroaches and although he has called and we have been sprayed, the spraying is ineffective when not done in all units. He has allowed other tenants to remove bathtubs and basically upset some of the piping and walls which creates problems in noise levels and whether there are safety issues in that unit.Often people are afraid to speak out due to his ability to threaten or evict.

Finding a home can be a very stressful experience, but with Vignes it was made so much easier. The effort and overall services that me and my fiancé experienced was unmatched. You found us a place that exceeded our expectations on all levels. Thank you very much for all your help. My recommendation goes out to all who need someone that can really help get that job done.
