Spring 'N Fresh Rolls
We discovered this affordable Vietnamese restaurant quite by accident. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised by their quiet and courteous service. A young man served us water as soon as we sat down, and when I commented that the water was a little on the warm side, he quickly provided us with a plastic cup full of ice cubes. We ordered the Grilled Pork Chop & Chicken with Rice and Grilled Beef & Chicken with Rice. The presentation of the food was superb. There was a broth soup, salad, and a sweet sauce to go with our orders. We would have loved to give them a higher rating, but regrettably the chicken and beef were a little rubbery in texture and the pork was not marinated properly. We did note that the restaurant is family friendly and there is a 10% discount offered for cash orders over $35 (before taxes). Also, this place does not demand a tip from its customers like so many places do these days.

The grumpy mom chef saw me pulled out the Amex card. Immediate gave me side eye and spoke with the young cashier in non-English. Then the young cashier told me they don’t accept Amex. Huh? I am a patron and your system takes Amex. For whatever reason you also advertise on the door that you accept Amex. I am going to report your restaurant to Amex. Don’t care what your food tastes like. Bad service and false advertisement is big NONO

Spring 'N Fresh Rolls
Food was ok, I ordered the Tom yum noodle soup it was alright not that flavourful. Shrimp pad thai was too saucy, way too much it was really sweet. Vietnamese chicken spring rolls was the show stopper excellent taste and crispy. I would definitely come back for rolls and maybe for the pho.

I've dined-in once pre-pandemic and done take-out twice post-pandemic here. Very happy with the experience all three times and will definitely come back for more!The staff were great and handled all requests reasonably. Everything was prepared in a timely manner. The portions provided were definitely worth the cost, even now, considering all the price hikes.Specifically for the take-out, I feel that the pho was very well-packaged in comparison to other pho take-out that I have ordered at other restaurants. The containers for the soup did not leak at all and everything made its way back home in one piece, still warm!Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good bowl of pho in the area.

Spring 'N Fresh Rolls
Takeout order was fast and smooth. Asked about concern with cross-contamination with peanuts due to food allergies and was reassured. Prices weren't bad although if they have an XL size we would happily order that. Broth was good with a taste of lime. Rare beef slices were of good quality and came in a plastic bag to avoid a soggy container or dripping blood. Will go back for sure.

We went here just to try the pho. First id mention, their portions are so generous!. Soup/broth was rich in flavour, and toppings/meat were in good quality. We all enjoyed our meal. Place was pretty clean. Service was fast and they were friendly. I will come back to try more dishes.

During my recent visit to Spring 'N Fresh Roll, I had an overall decent experience. The food was satisfactory, and the server, although slow, was friendly.As noted in previous reviews, the restaurant has only one server, which can make it challenging for them to serve many people at once. While this is understandable, it did result in a slower service than I would have preferred. However, the server was friendly and made an effort to ensure that we had a pleasant dining experience. They were patient with us as we took our time deciding what to order and checked on us frequently to ensure that we had everything we needed.Regarding the food, I ordered the Spring 'N Fresh Roll, and it was well-prepared. The vegetables were fresh, and the roll was satisfying. While it was not exceptional, it was a decent option for a quick bite.Overall, my experience at Spring 'N Fresh Roll was good. The server was friendly, although slow, and the food was satisfactory. If you are in the area and looking for a quick, casual dining experience, this restaurant could be worth checking out. Just be prepared for slower service due to the limited staff.

Spring 'N Fresh Rolls
Craving for Vietnamese food and I’m glad to have found this gem. We ordered lunch special (pictured below, caption included) available from 11am-3pm.I forgot to take a picture of my order, it’s a soup as I was so hungry when I saw it I devoured it lols.The amount was generous. The lady staff was nice and friendly. Customers are in and out. Lots of take outs too. So by that you can see that the food was really good, which it was.

Spring 'N Fresh Rolls
Love the food here. Service is friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable. Portions have changed over time, but are comparable to other places and still a great value.Food comes out very fast, even when busy the wait is never too long. The Vietnamese cuisine is authentic according to my Vietnamese mother. She’s picky and she was happy with her meal. They also serve other dishes from south east Asia.
