We had concerns about potential mold growth in the house, given a couple of leaky windows. Eco Abate did a thorough, diligent job of reviewing the home, taking air samples, and providing a report. I thought their team were excellent, and took the time to explain their work. Strongly recommend them.

Thanks to Scott and his team for getting our tests done so quickly. The report and explanation were very thorough and informative, I will be taking them up on the offer for referring a removal company.Noone wants to hear your house has asbestos so this is one area where it pays to use a professional that has expertise, we are so glad we decided to have independant tests rather than relying on the general contractor. I recommend Eco Abate prior to your reno if for nothing else but peace of mind.

Eco Abate was fantastic to work with when we needed help dealing with a mould issue during our bathroom renovation. Scott was able to come out the next day and was very friendly and professional in advising us on the situation. After asking about the age of our house (1960), he also recommended testing for asbestos. Eco Abate was very thorough in their reports and explaining to us their recommendations. We confidently recommend them to anyone we know who needs environmental testing services. A couple of our family and friends have used them since our experience and have also been very happy.

As we were dealing with insurance to address a dishwasher leak, it was a very wise decision for us to hire Eco Abate as a 3rd party. We were told by our insurance company's preferred restoration vendor that there was no mould in my home (which the guy said he believed to be the case based on his 10 years of experience) and that they would not test for mould but I could hire my own tester if I wanted. I wasn't comfortable with the assumption of no mould, so we did hire our own tester, and Eco Abate discovered there was in fact mould. Our insurance company wanted their vendor to dry in place" but once Eco Abate detected mould
