Urban Suites is an excellent provider of furnished suites in Calgary. We are impressed with the caliber and attention to detail for short, medium and long term stays. We recommend Urban Suites to incoming relocation clients, those on temporary assignments needing a home away from home... Elaine and her team seamlessly pay attention to the details so all you have to do is 'arrive' and live and work well. We recommend corporate HR departments contact Urban Suites first for their employees furnished accommodation needs.

Perfect location and the owner, Elaine, was a pleasure to work with! Stayed here while working in Calgary, a great home away from home, will definitely be back on the next trip!

Wow! Such an amazing location in the heart of Calgary downtown. I was lucky to call Urban Suites at 222 waterfront my home for two months. The amenities were fantastic including a 24 hour concierge. I can’t say enough about the wonderful little suite - it was cozy, stylishly decorated and had everything and more that one would need. Including underground, secure parking!In addition, I can’t say enough about how great Elaine was to deal with. She was responsive and really easy to connect with. She did such a good job answering any questions I had - in addition, she helped me to extend my stay, swiftly and professionally. I had a really fantastic stay at my home away from home! Thank you Elaine and Urban Suites for a great little place to hang my hat.

We had a great experience dealing with the staff at Urban Suites. The room was very well furnished and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The price was reasonable and it was great being so close to the river!

I just want to let people know about my phone experience. I called there today and the lady answered the phone and I said hey how's it going like just being friendly, and her first reaction was what do you want I said is this not a business? Usually you say hey how's it going but right away her tone of voice was very snotty and very deceiving and she proceeded to ask but why would you ask such a stupid question. I thought it was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place.

I stayed at 205 Riverfront Avenue for January and a bit of February. The suites are gorgeous and clean, and best of all quiet. I work from home, so this element was critical. The manager, Elaine, was a pleasure to deal with as well—always prompt and courteous; every question I had was answered immediately. My personal circumstances led to a few challenges for Elaine and her team, but they handled everything with grace and aplomb. Should I ever reqire semi-long term lodging, I absolutely will return to this building.

Our stay in the Riverfront Ave building was excellent. The location is beautiful, the decor and layout are nice enough, and the secure parking was good to have. Overall my favorite thing about our stay was the privacy and feeling of having a home to go back to at the end of the day. We were forced to relocate here for a few months due to severe water damage in our house, and being in a place like this made it much easier on us.

I have rented out 2 beautiful suites for my colleagues to stay here for an extended period on business and i have nothing but positive things to say. Elaine in particular has been a dream to work with and her professionalism and attention to detail is truly remarkable. She has been fantastic at communicating and any time i have come to her for queries regarding additional rooms i may need to rent out for an extended period for business, she has been more than accommodating. I have to say that although a lot of businesses are offering self-isolation suites, the way that Elaine and her team handle the superior cleanliness of the suites is one, if not, *the* best i have seen in the city! She even offers to bring groceries to the door to allow individuals to adhere to the legal requirement of self-isolation. She truly goes above and beyond and for that reason, i will only be going to Elaine for future suite requirements and i HIGHLY recommend using the services of Urban Suites Thank you!

I am an owner of one of the suites managed by Urban Suites. I have worked with Elaine for 15 years and found her to be a fair manager, with a strong desire to provide clean, quality accommodation to her clients. Having recently decided to sell the suite, our relationship has ended, but she left the suite in excellent, clean condition. I would say that Urban Suites is, in my opinion, a quality provider of temporary accommodation.

I have used Urban Suites twice now while doing renovations and I highly recommend them. The building that I stayed in was in Eau Claire (downtown Calgary) close to the park and the river walk. The rooms were clean and well stocked. There was nothing else I needed while there!Elaine Evans is a treasure and was so kind and responsive. She really made it feel like home!
