THIS USE TO BE MY GO TO LOCATION FOR CARS UP UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN I TRIED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER TO MY AGREEMENT AND I CAME INTO THEIR OFFICE AFTER LEAVING LINCON PARKS LOCATION XAVIER HAD TO PUT SOME NOTES ON MY ACCOUNT FOR THEM TO EVEN CALL OVER THERE SO TYLER HAD CALLED OVER TO LINCOLN PARK'S OFFICE AND LIED ON ME ASKED FOR X SHE SAID YOU SAID IT WAS OK TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER ON" I TOLD HIM THAT'S NOT WHAT I SAID NOW I HAVE TO FIND ME ANOTHER LOCATION TO RENT FROM"

My experience with Enterprise in Woodhaven was absolutely phenomenal. I was made to feel completely at ease with the rental process and the service could not have been any better. The staff was stellar, the car was clean and zero issues. All places should have such kind friendly folks working there. A+ all the way and they have absolutely earned my loyalty. Small lot w a lot of workers. Rates through travel websites far cheaper than through local office. Rented a premium car & opted for insurance. Our 2 day total was approx $230. Called the morning of the 2nd day to ask about extending rental by 1 day. The single day total was $217. Said heck no & returned the car. Staff offered to honor the rate we found on a travel website & when I asked for explanation on the daily rate of $217 he cited the rate & insurance which would have been about $115. I asked about the other $100 and he said “that’s adding insurance & taxes”. Clearly they don’t know what’s up & how to do pricing. Will go back to the airport next time.

Management at this location has recently changed hands, the last two rentals I had the tire light was on, I was told both times once you drive it the light will go off, both times I spent the majority of my trips stopping and airing up the tires.Does anyone know where the last staff got transferred to? Never had any issues before.

Immeadilty had to put gas in my rental which made me late to work, the wipers barely did anything and whoever cleaned the car got cleaner on the dashboard which left a film which made visibility even worse in a snow storm. The key fob also died which was frustrating locking and unlocking the car. Do not recommended this store what so ever.

From management to frontline staff, customer service was top tier. The team worked with my insurance company prior to my arrival to the location in Woodhaven. The initial vehicle offered, staff noticed an issue with a rear breaklight and a second vehicle was immediately cleaned. Then once staff noticed the level of gas, it was noted and an adjustment was made to my contract. I was placed in a vehicle that not only met my needs, it was within the budget set by the insurance company. Upon returning the vehicle, the process was even more simple; staff was friendly and ensured that I had transportation to my next location before completing the return process. Without hesitatation I recommend this location to others in need of rental car services. Thank you Chris and Bart!

The Staff and service at the Woodhaven branch are amazing. They are patient and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and taken care of. I have never had a bad experience and whenever I've called with questions they are quick to answer and help to resolve any issue. Thank you Chris and the entire Woodhaven staff for always being so pleasant. You are appreciated

Very professional. Nice car. Good price. Glad we used them for a rental

Car was delivered dirty, even when I mentioned it before signing everything. I washed it next door, no big deal. That’s not the bad thing, at the time of dropping off the vehicle they were busy and they told me to just leave the car there, after first the “manager” complaining I didn’t park where I was supposed to park but all the spots were busy. I get a call 30 min later that all was good and I was going to receive the receipt on my email. 5 min later he call me again that the car wasn’t drop off with the gas that it was supposed to have when I filled it up the gas station next door before dropping it off. I guess they are taking gas out of rentals for their personal use and charge customers with these gas prices. Don’t recommend this location, the one in Southgate doesn’t play these games
