Dr. Lavanya Ravichandran is a very good gynaecologist! She made me feel comfortable and gave me a safe space to discuss my matters about my health. She walked me through everything and answered all my questions even when I repeated them over and over again. It's nice to finally have a gynaecologist that understands my situation rather than brushing it off as normal" or "something that can go away easily". Super friendly and down to earth. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a gynaecologist. Thank you!"

Got referred by the clinic. Did not receive any communication from them for appointment and it took weeks to finally get a hold of them by phone to be told that the reference was declined due to long waiting list. Is this the way to treat a patient???

Appt scheduling was a long wait however it is all worth it! I would totally recommend Dr. Ravichandiran! Prior my in-person visit, I had an over the phone appt with her. When I met her in-person for the procedure that I need, she started with a discussion and asked me if I had any question since our last conversation was months ago. She made me feel comfortable during the visit. I didn’t feel rushed. She explained everything she was going to do. She is very caring to her patients! I totally rate her 5/5.

Have not been booked for an appointment yet after 2 months wait. Called the front desk, the lady with extremely rude attitude and told me she is booking for 4 months later now and hug up the phone, does not want to confirm with patient info, does not want to help on anything.

One of the best doctors visited in Toronto.. we have recently visited the clinic for my wife and we are very happy with the service provided by the doctor... Very caring and takes time to explain everything clearly... Very professional...Less waiting time when you arrive according to appointment.... Staff at front desk is very good and helps us with any appointment queries and calls to your mobile if needed.... Overall a great experience...

Dr Lavanya is a lovely person and a very patient doctor. She listens to all my concerns without any rush and responds in a calm and friendly manner. Also provides detailed explanation of all the tests and scans. The front desk assistant is also very sweet and helpful. Would recommend Dr Lavanya to anyone who’s looking for a gynaecologist.

She is nice but as a doctor she is incompetent. She ruined my mothers life. My mother has been struggling with her recovery since 2021 because the doctor punctured a hole in my mom’s bladder and severed her ureter in a hysterectomy. My mom had to do two more surgeries to fix the problems and now because of her errors there are more complications and she needs a third surgery but no one is agreeing nor recommending that she does it because it is risky. Her suffering and health problems are permanent because of Dr Ravichandran.

I visited Dr. Ravichandran around June 2022.She's very patient to go through my symptom before run for an exam, along with a quick follow up phone call.Staff @ the front desk is very nice, over the phone and the time when I met them in person.*Note: Be expect to be on a long waitlist, but it's worth!*
