The lady who pierced my ears today (Sabreen) was so sweet and kind! The cashier was also very nice (didn’t get her name). I had a very pleasant experience here thanks to the associates.

I just wanted to commend Hayley’s great service at the Icing Store in Square One on Tuesday Nov 22.I had the intention of only buying 1 item, but I ended up buying 6. The store did have great deals. I did not feel pressured at all from Hayley to buy.She was great at promoting Icing products. She was extremely positive, friendly, down to earth, helpful, and very patient. She took the time to help me when I needed it. She is a definite asset to the team.

The jewelry at this store is so cute. I loved shopping here until recently when I came into the store and got followed by one of the workers. Not once did she offer any help, she only followed me around like a creep. I feel this is very racist since I am a Chinese woman. I never stole in my life and I never will. When will the racism end. It’s 2022.

The ladies that worked today (September 22, 2022) made my 2 year old feel so comfortable and did an amazing job at piercing her ears for the very first time. I will definitely make the two-hour drive back to Icing at SquareOne for more piercings in the future! Thank you so much again!

I have had an amazing experience for my lobe piercing. The staff Sabreen, she was so good and helped me throughout for jewelry selection and piercing. They have cute collection of earing and other stuff too..

I just had my ears pierced here and the associate Sabreen who helped me was very sweet and patient! She was the only one working at the time and although it was quite busy, she was very patient and kind. I would definitely come back for another piercing in the future:)
