We had spider treatment at our lake cottage today for the third straight year. What a difference we have seen. We are so happy with the service. Well worth the cost. Thank you Orkin.

we have used Orkin for over 8 years at our numerous commercial locations plus apartment building. there techs are very thorough provide training to our team members or tenants. outside of the regular preventative maintenance visits they are quick to respond to a call for assistance . cost of service is very reasonable for piece of mind and quality of service. regards mark h

The service started off friendly enough, as the technician gave us advice and guidelines for what we needed to do to prep. After the 2 weeks of waiting and prepping our house, which was not easy because we have a large family. Orkin came up with several nonsensical reasons as to why they couldn't make the appointment, which they had booked 2 weeks in advance.None of these reasons were made known to us until half an hour after the appointment time had passed. This was pretty upsetting because we had spent several hundred dollars already on a hotel, cleaning, transportation, and a babysitter. Not to mention the time loss at work. Our time is very important as we are very busy parents, also our children are not in their home to accommodate their appointment, which stated earlier, they could not even honour.Luckily, we gave Major Pest Control a call, and their emergency technician is able to save us today. Will not be calling Orkin ever again.

We have Nolan come to our facility monthly. Since Nolan has started coming here there has been a large improvement in our service. Old traps are changed out with new and recommendations are made and followed up on. Rodents are no longer running around our plant. I would recommend Orkin and Nolan to anyone interested or needing pest services

First I asked for a quote to be emailed. They never sent one. Later the services sounded amazing so I booked an extermination for the following Monday after the weekend. No one showed up and no one called to explain what happened. I wasted so much of my time waiting and nothing. Will never ever use this company again

Late five hours. TWICE. Sent a letter asking us to leave our apartment from 9am-5pm only to discover they had started treatment 5 hours late and asked us to stay out of the apartment until 8-9pm. They did this twice!! Absolutely outrageous

I had the spider extermination done last spring . I live rural and my house and railings were so covered with spider webs that I cleaned it daily or not able to clean it all all they would be so high on the outside of my house I couldn’t reach it . After that treatment I had NOT one spider web for the whole summer !! Amazing !! We told our neighbors about it and we all just got the treatment again but now 10 people did their homes . Amazing product and the company is so professional. The employee that did this was great ! Comment from everyone was … he didn’t miss a spot . When up high and sprayed under decks and did our sheds . He was just wonderful. Have nothing but great things to say about this company

I hired Orkin last summer to spray for carpenter ants in my yard. I paid a bit more for their service, however, it was worth it as they promptly came back to spray again for a few other types of ants.They honored the contract in a timely, professional manner, treating the problem areas only when safe to do so.Derek was pleasant and thorough taking time to explain the work and answer my questions.I would not hesitate to call Orkin again for any other pest issues on my property.Thank you Derek!

Excellent service! Called for help with a carpenter ant problem from a nearby property. All staff members were very polite and professional. The technician (Jerry, Gerry?) Was knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and also deserving of a five star rating.
