This is a 5 star place for sure. I recently bought a Sofa from this store. The sofa has great quality. There was a minor issue with installation. Catherine and the delivery team( KK) tried to fix the issue ASAP and the delivery team came after working hours ( aroudn 7 pm) just to fix the minor issue. Their customer service is amazing. Totally recommend this place.

Their sofa didn't last more than 3 yearsPurchased a sectional sofa here back in 2016. The major reason that I chose the sofa was that it was very puffy and comfortable. The sale associate advised me that leather gel was a new material they use and it was enduring, easy to clean, and not easy to tear. In about 2-3 years it started to break apart, especially at the high contact spots. When it was 2020 I couldn't stand it anymore so I bought a sofa cover to hide it.Today I decided to switch the cover and realize the leather gel is completely peeling off. I would have thrown the sofa away if I never had the cover since it is just disgusting to look at now. But I guess I can keep it for a few more years till it breaks down further.I regret not budgeting more for the sofa and didn't choose something from a more trustworthy or mainstream furniture store. But then again, I had limited funding as I just purchased my first home at the time.

I purchased the Ryder love seat and couch from this store and I am extremely happy with the quality of them, and also the incredible customer service that I received! I originally ordered the Lucas set, but saw the Ryder set online the day before my scheduled delivery and preferred it. I called the store an hour before closing to inquire if I would be able to switch the Lucas set for the Ryder set, fully expecting a fee for changing my order last minute and having to delay delivery. I was helped by the sales associate Ash, and he was able to change my order that evening at no cost AND my delivery date was not affected! We have had the couches for 6 months now and they have held up great, look more expensive than they were, and are very comfy. Very happy with my experience!

Bought Sabrina sectional in slate fabric, absolutely loving it, amazing product.I Went to other furniture stores where there sales staff was extremely pushy and I ended up leaving the store as there was no breathing room to just experience the products but I was suggested accentsathome and I am so grateful.Such an amazing experience, was in the store for an hour, the sales staff and the manager were extremely patience and informative.Even told us how they have options for custom furniture with Decorest.I want to praise the interior designer of the store as well. Such a pleasure dealing with the entire team, highly recommending anyone who wants to purchase furniture and are looking for something affordable and great quality!

I had overall a great experience. The delivery was smooth and quick. They did everything : put the furniture in place and get a rid of the of the packaging.I’m very happy with my new furniture!Thank you Catherine for the assistance:)

We got a good deal on our sofa. The staff have always been helpful from right from purchase to delivery. Exceptional customer care by Parth. Highly recommend this location.

Love our sofa, it’s perfect. Everything was exactly what we had hoped for and Jenny helped us the whole way from placing the item on hold, ordering and delivery. I have never had such a great experience before with a furniture store, their customer service is brilliant.

I recently purchased the Callum Storage bed and Parth was absolutely wonderful! He was so helpful and was very accommodating for when I was available for delivery!
