Wrench it Up

Matt c was great! I had called a different plumber before calling wrench it up plumbing and that plumber wanted to charge all kinds of fee's. I decided to call this service and Matt c showed up very quick. He was strait up with me and gave me a fair price. His communication and follow up was great. I work for a small business and I deal with a lot of plumbers, Matt c is by far one of the best. I'm very glad I found his number, Ill definitely be using it again

I recently had a leak in my main floor ceiling that was coming from the bathroom on the 2nd floor so I called Wrench it Up to investigate the leak and repair it. The scheduling was quick, easy and a technician was able to come the next day.The technician was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the leak with relative ease and was transparent with what needed to be fixed and the associated costs. He fixed the issue quickly, did an excellent job and answered all my questions.Although I had an issue with the billing afterwards, I was proactively contacted by their office to figure out a solution. I spoke to John, the office manager, who was very kind and understanding, and we quickly came to a solution. If future clients have any issues, I’d highly recommend asking for John. The customer service offered by the company is exceptional and they are more than happy to work with you on any minor or large problems.

Just had a bathroom fitted and have to say wrench it up plumbing service were very professional throughout the 2 weeks from start to finish. always clean and tidy and worked to a great standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this service. We love our finished project

I was very happy with the service from Wrench it up Plumbing. They came when they said they would come, did an excellent job, cleaned up afterwards, and gave me a 90 day guarantee. If my kitchen drain backs up again within the next 90 days they will come back at no charge.

Michael and his team were excellent. They came out the very next day after I had sent an enquiry and fitted a new flush for our toilet. They even sorted out a carpenter to create an accessible hatch in our tiles. We had no hesitation on using them again recently when our other toilet went wrong. Once again, they came out swiftly and did another excellent job. Michael were easily contactable by phone and they seem like very nice, trustworthy chaps! Highly recommend

I am incredibly happy with Wrench it Up plumbing and mechanical I had to call several plumbers, and the first one neither had the tools to fix the problem nor the decency to call to let me know they wouldn't be coming as promised. After I called Wrench Plumber, they came to fix my problem. I could sense their enthusiasm for their subject matter. Every query I had received an honest response to. They handled the plumbing problems after arriving fully equipped. Talk about identifying the fundamental issue. They truly are amazing. Excellent services that I highly recommend

I was really impressed with this wrench it up plumbing service. They were prompt, friendly, and did a great job. They were able to fix my pipes and my water heater without any issues. I was also able to book an appointment with them and they were able to provide me with a written estimate before they started the job. I also love that they are a local business in my neighborhood and that I could have someone come to my home for free. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn’t go back to them. I while back my in-laws hired Matt C from “Wrench it up Plumbing” because my mother’n’law’s tub faucet was leaking (she’s a Senior), he recommended to change it from the old hot/cold knobs to a single faucet system, he even sold her the MOEN faucet unit and said that will fix the problem. He opened up the wall, installed the new pipes to accommodate the new faucet and that was it. $800.00 (no idea if it fixes the leak) and left.I had to watch YouTube to learn how to install drywall, install new tiles and the MOEN unit. Top it off, the MOEN unit (which he sold us) didn’t fit properly and found out from Home Depot that the plumber didn’t install the pipes to code to fit the new faucet. I had to break the tiles & drywall again, have him comeback to re-size it to fit properly, then I re-drywall & re-tile. It now fits but it isn’t even flush or plumb because I'm not a plumber and no idea if its correct or not (I have the photos & video to prove it from start to finish). I get that you might not do bathroom drywall/tile work, but this is where communication comes in as to who will do this, and as the plumber, you should be doing the faucet installation and not leave it to a Retiree to do it. These guys aren’t worth it. I’m a former “tin-knocker” and these guys give plumbing a bad name.

I had a sewage pump installed in my basement, and the plumber who did the work was excellent. They were knowledgeable about different types of pumps and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The installation was completed without any issues, and I would definitely recommend their services.
