Has always been a pleasure going to Kent. We found what we have been looking for to wall mount our TV

Out of all the kents that I go to in Nova Scotia this is by far the worst staffed and least knowledgeable store out of all of them. I bought a tool the other day it took them five minutes to find the key to be able to unlock the security tab for it all the meanwhile acting like I was the person being unreasonable that it took 5 minutes to unlock a tool that I already purchased. Why do they only have one tool to unlock sucrity devices for all the cash registers, all the tools that are beside the cash register are pretty much locked with santi theft devices.This can't doesn't seem to realize that most of their clientele are Tradesmen where time is money and they seem to have 0 get-up-and-go or sense of urgency when dealing with customers. Just horrible place and I highly recommend going to another hardware store!!!

Terrible experience with their “ dispatch delivery system “ booked delivery bought and paid for scheduled 4 days later .. no show .. after 2 phone calls I got basically we will deliver when we feel like it

Clean and well-organized, I appreciate dedicated staff in departments when you can find them. Retail is very tough these days, a public is less patient and understanding and are quite demanding, which takes its toll on Frontline retail service personnel.

Went to the lumber yard totally unsure of what I was looking for and was simply told that it was down there on the right. There were at least 2 people in the shack (one wearing a safety vest - so I thought he worked out in the yard). I guess my one board was not worth the effort. I was able to find what I needed, but a little more help would have been nice. In store folks were very helpful with my questions.

I wouldn't recommend installation sales from Dartmouth crossing store to anyone. I was having a small closet installed and from start to finish this took 1 year. Had problems with the first employee and then when someone picked up the file the measurements were incorrect. Also no one will call back as their customer service sucks. If I have any.more jobs I will go with someone else.

Meh.....plumbing fittings, electrical boxes...etc out of stock. Customer service counter has no clue when they will have more. 3 different times I had an employee called to come help and no one ever showed up. Also....some staff have absolutly no idea of what they are selling. Nobody seem passionate about their job.2 months after my review....still plumbing and electrical out of stock. I just bought a $549 electric fireplace. No freaken help for installation issues. Call Napoleon". Totally uselessAlso shiplap kit at $169.99 in store. $99.99 on website. Cashier says she can match that price. WTH !! It should be marked " on sale at $99.99" in the store....but no....prefer to screw a customer that is not aware. Nevermind

It's a building supply store. Same as most of the others. Good service, nice staff
