Our family’s experience with HotSprings Spas and Pool Tables 2 of Bemidji has been top notch. Fantastic business in Bemidji. My wife wanted a hot tub, I wasn’t sure, and after meeting with Mark I was confident this would be a good investment and it has proven to be so. From the beginning, Mark and his staff helped us figure out the right tub for our family at the right price. The consultation, education, communication, setup, follow up, and advice after install has been fantastic. We used the hot tub all winter during the bitter cold and had no issues. Kids love it, maintenance is easy. Highly recommend HotSpring Spas and Pool Tables 2 of Bemidji everyone! Great people to work with!

We purchased a new Grandee from Mark back in November 2020. We are first time hot tub owners, and three months in we couldn't be happier. I have wanted a hot tub for many years for relaxation, and also I have a spinal fusion and wanted to keep my body well. We chose Hot Spring because of its salt water system and other high quality features. We have been very happy with the process from buying to delivery and all the questions afterward. Very satisfied with follow up, communication, and overall knowledge of the products. I highly recommend Mark and his crew if you are looking for a high quality hot tub and also helpful service that doesn’t leave you frustrated! The physical effects have experienced exceeded my expectation. I thought it would be relaxing ( which it is) but muscle soreness and tightness and just overall feeling in my back and joints has been noticeably effected for the good. It’s also unexpectedly been a cool way to have some quality, face to face time with our sons (13, 10, 8). It is an investment for sure, but one that has great benefits and long term payoff for health and wellness.

We have owned an older spa for quite a few years and have admired the Hot Spring Spa's for a long time. Marc G., Mark R., and Mark M. provided outstanding service and support as we upgraded to a 2019 Grandee with the nickle finish. We have been very impressed with the whole team as they guided us through the salt system, water setup, and details around getting the hot tub installed properly. We absolutely love our new hot tub as it is night and day better that our old one! I would not hesitate to work with and deal with the team here in Bemidji, they have been nothing but fantastic.

Bought a 4 person hot tub from these guys out of Fargo ND for our rural home. 5 years later we moved north of Bemidji MN and we hired them to move our hot tub here. Our tub still looks like new and not once have a had a problem. Delivery was fast both places,they also took care of the electrical in ND.Mark has always been very personal and informative, the delivery guys are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable.Looking into getting a inferred sauna from them now, all about health and age now.
