Norm is a friendly individual.Very helpfulI recently had an oil change, after the oil change Norm advised me Ihad a nail in my tire… he called ahead to another place of businessand arranged for me to go there and have nail removed and tirerepaired.That is going above & beyond!Thank You For Your Help

Just a very rude individual. Completely unprofessional and his impatient/agitated behaviour made me and my partner extremely uncomfortable. Will not be going back.

Doesn’t have a clue what kind of oil to put in vehicles my car called for full synthetic and he just put regular oil every car he just uses the same oil don’t recommend

Norm provides great and friendly service. He works hard to do quality work and cares about his customers. He is 5 star guy who runs a 5 star business. Don’t go anywhere else for your oil changes. I am very happy with his work.

Great job getting an oil stain and smell out (special kids art project). I had tried shampooing it myself. First I tried the shampoo from the store, then from the car wash in town but the smell was still there. I said Norm I have a challenge for you but he was pretty confident he could fix it. The extraction machine they have is very heavy duty and did a great job. They even went over the same spot three times! I'll be going back for sure. The 5 year old car carpet looks brand new!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!I had an appt for Oct 03 at 9 AM for a wash and wax on my vehicle. I showed up and Norm says his cleaning lady didn’t show up. But he will do it himself. He said he wasn’t sure what he would do if anyone shows up for an oil change. So he started hosing down my vehicle. A lady came for an oil change, so he stopped my vehicle and did her oil change. After that another man walked in, no appt, and Norm closed the garage door where my Vehicle was sitting outside and started doing the man’s oil change. To me, a customer with an appt. takes presidence over a walk in customer. I had booked this appt 2 months ago. So I got up, went outside, got in my vehicle and left…
