I went in with a pendant that had sentimental value and a bunch of my older jewellery planning to design a piece from scratch (with the associated cost) The staff at Purdy's was terrific. I described what my idea and they worked with me to use the base of my pendant, remove subpar features, incorporate stones from the other pieces and reuse as much as possible. This not only allowed me to keep more of my sentimental pieces, but saved me money as well.I left with a great design in mind and a couple questions that still needed to be answered by the goldsmith to provide my final quote. A follow up conversation on the phone with that information opened up another design possibility and they were happy to go back to reassess and requote this new idea that came from our discussion. I went with this amended design and WOW!!!!!!!!!I am so happy with the outcome, the service, the communication, the flexibility, the reasonable cost for the amazing work on my now new/refreshed pendant. It is an item I wear every day, all the time and I thank everyone at Purdy's for their care and attention to detail.I would return for service, purchases, repairs etc. in a heart beat!

My wedding band was soo tight it was cutting into my finger. My husband passed away 3 yrs ago with cancer and I hated to have it cut off..I had it made into an open heart that a chain can go through and it turned out absolutely beautifu!! I'm sure I will return many times to the store as I have recently moved to the bobcaygeon area.

My prongs on my diamond engagement ring was worn down. The diamond was loose and needs to be redone. My wedding band lost a diamond and the diamonds were loose. The quote we got from Purdy’s to fix the rings were reasonable. Customer service was excellent. We are so happy with the repair result, because the rings look better then when we first got the rings. The diamonds on the wedding band always look crooked, but Purdy’s did such a good job that they fixed all the positions of the diamonds on the wedding band. So happy with the work and final result

I was in dire need of a new watchband while on vacation, and found Purdy's. I was helped immediately and left with a reasonably priced silver watchband, attached and fitted perfectly. Super friendly people and service.

I brought in my engagement and wedding band into Purdy's to be cleaned and polished prior to my wedding. My rings were pasted down from two generations. The customer service was wonderful and welcoming as soon as I walked into the door. The results of my rings were breath taking. They looked like new!Prior to entrusting them with my rings they shared the possibility of adjusting the claws etc. When I picked up my rings they stated that the rings did not require tightening. This was great news to me and I valued their honesty.Thank you Purdy's and I look forward to future business with you.

Purdy's resized two rings for me, and that's beyond what I would expect of most jewelry stores. The final cost was less than the estimate, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Took our rings in to be checked and cleaned, my husband was bent from getting caught while he was working- it now looks brand new. My rings were in dire need of cleaning, plus I had them sauldered together- they look perfect now. We have dealt with Purdys for years and highly recommend them.

I brought my necklace in to get fixed and dropped it off. I was told it would take a few weeks. To my surprise I got a call to say it was finished a week early! Purdy’s has been easy to deal with, upfront and super fast! The customer service is fantastic as well. Always a pleasure to deal with.
