My buddy walked in to order some stuff. He walked in and saw what I wanted wasn't available so he sat down to call me. Within seconds a manager approached him and reprimanded him for sitting down and calling instead of ordering, saying he can only stay if he ordered something. There was not many others in the restaurant. She was just being rude because she was bored. Needless to say, he did not order and left instead of dealing with her. If you're interested in going here, be wary as a Karen lurks within.

Management on the day I visited was very unpleasant to employees as well as customers. She was obnoxiously loud. I understand the demand of customer service (I’ve worked at Tim’s in the past and I’m also an RN currently) but also cannot fathom having that attitude towards others even on my worst days. Also, the food and coffee has always left little to be desired.

The manager was super rude and entitled. The drink wasn’t right rather than fixing it they made excuses and act rude. The manager was being rude to the staff in front of everyone. Do a better job in your hiring!!

I visited Tim Hortons today and requested a hot coffee, but it wasn't hot enough. When I asked for it to be heated or replaced, my request was denied. Disappointing customer service and lack of accommodation.

Oddly and strangely while I'm visiting Canada I am drawn to Timmies.Today I decided to try something different ... a soft taco wrap, with coffee and a donut.I was being served by a young lady who's grasp of English was fleeting at best. Luckily she was being trained and the lady training her was training her and her command of English was first rate. By the way this is in the decidedly English part of Canada. It turns out that my order was subdivided into three parts which meant I had to order it three times. Did I mention it was a training exercise? While we were waiting for my third piece of order to be readied she served another guy a large black coffee. I'm fine with that ... all I ask is please put the lid on properly. She did not! Thus coffee all over the place including myself and the patron that ordered it. Now you'd ask yourself what would be the focus attention to clients or cleaning up the coffee first? Well let's not be selfish and think of oneself! Recall, training exercise!Turning to food the soft taco was oddly wrapped in a box that had to be dismantled at its midpoint. I didn't understand why until I got to the point where I had to remove it from the bottom half. It gets stuck to the cardboard! Interesting ... and interesting taste!... The coffee was great !!!

Very disappointed. We’ve ordered double double. But coffee is not hot enough. We asked for a hot one. But the staffs were not responded well and they refused by saying the cream used for the coffee is frozen and that made the coffee cold. Never expect this from a huge food chain like Tim hortans.

I come to this one out of convenience only. This morning I watched the two white women stand around (one was the shift supervisor and the other the baker I think) stand around while it was really busy. The other four (all immigrants) working hard to keep up. Seeing this is extremely disappointing, especially in a city where it is so completely multicultural. This location, and the two women can do much better.

The quality of service here has significantly deteriorated since the past month or so. Staff can’t get simple orders right. Wait for a coffee and 1 sandwich is 15 minutes. Disorganized crew, could clearly see a lack of training and professionalism. Quite disappointed.
