Excellent customer service received today from Movers NL! From the time I reached out for a quote and connected with Walter, I had no doubt I was in good hands! I had not provided a lot of notice but they were able to accommodate me. I had several follow-up calls throughout the day to assure me they were on schedule and I felt very valued as their customer! Had a really great experience with Movers NL. I had to reschedule last minute on the first attempt at the move and it was no problem for them. Everything took less than 2 hours and they handled all the moving with care. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! :)

Avoid this company at any cost!!!!!!1. Very bad attitude even after causing problems for me. Please watch the video.2. They did not measure the size of the fridge and directly push that inside house, causing scratches. Please see the first video.3. They finally uninstall my door and reinstall that. The door after reinstallation is slightly going left and it may it harder to close the door.4. They make the screw hole larger and it makes it harder to readjust later.5. They use the screw driver not in the correct shape. Some screws are hard to operate.AVOID it at any cost!

*** DANGER, DANGER *** I moved on April 1st, 2023. I was taken for a ride. I paid $300 in cash and $804 on a credit card. I gave him my email which he stated that I would receive a receipt in my email. Never came. I also lost a case of carnation milk, which we all know is expensive. I also lost more food items along with other items. How is this possible? STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON MEN. *** DANGER, DANGER ***

Had movers NL do across town move in St. John’s. There is no substitute for experienced movers. Very impressed with timelines and professional attitude. Definitely recommend them to others and will call again if I need them.
