Sugoi!!!I am so happy that Pac West Kimono has opened a store. It’s a great place to get Japanese clothing and kawaii items. I hope we will see people sporting this traditional wear in public at events to come.

Great local online shop especially for those living in the Lower Mainland in Vancouver that want to acquire traditional Japanese garments & accessories that can usually only be bought in Japan. Yuko san provides excellent customer support and services and even went the extra mile to deliver personally herself. The level of assistance Yuko san provided was exemplary & even personally measured the products for me to make sure the sizes were exact to the shop website & can fit me.遠いところをわざわざお越し頂きありがとうございました!

Bought three hanten jackets, reversible ones for me and my husband, and the very cute red lucky cat one for my daughter. Since we have been working from home and staying home more often, I thought these warmer house coats would be nice for the winter. The quality of the jackets feel nice and the patterns are as pictured on the site. The delivery was fast and the jackets were carefully packaged.

After such a great experience the last time, I decided to order another yukata. All it did was confirm how great Yuko is. After realizing I ordered a different size, she inquired if it was for the same person. Once I said it was, she worked with me to make sure it would fit. I know that you can't review each and every purchase, especially within a couple of weeks, but I feel that such a professional, personal and very caring business owner needs to be highlighted. Thank you for everything you did.

Shopping experience was terrific. I ordered 2 junbei as a gift for my nephew & niece-in-law, they received in less than a week. Both of them really love the junbei. Yuko is efficient and easy to deal with.
