Love this place. They are friendly enough, they are fast and efficient, yet they always pump out solid work. Designs are nice, nails are nice, pedicures are the best, and the 15 min massage is awesome. It’s deffs more pricey, but worth it!

I definitely won’t be back. They popped my feet in the tub and left me there for an hour so they could take as many walk-ins as possible. When I took my feet out to leave, telling them I was officially shrivelled up like a raisin, someone finally attended to my shellac pedicure—which was harsh & painful (sticking a sharp object under my nail bed) I yelped in pain. The woman clearly did not want to be working. And to be clear, I get pedicures every two weeks—albeit not from here, so it wasn’t like my feet were in bad shape lol.After another lady took over and apologized for the hour and 10 minute delay and the painful jab to my big toe, I was charged full price & “encouraged” by the machine to leave a 30% tip.I completely understand as a business owner trying to maximize profits and efficiencies but this was not the way to do it. This experience has left me rethinking, “do I really need to get my feet done this often? And be treated this way?”. The answer came to me fairly quickly… “Nope, indeed nope”Until businesses can figure out how to establish protocol and increase the good customer experience, I think I’ll hold off from going back to MS nails. Ouch!!!!

I'm writing this review for my daughter who attended this salon today. She's been a returning client for a long time and she will never be back. The nails aren't even close to what she asked for. She picked out the color she wanted and the nail tech changed it. My guess is because it was to transparent and she didn't take the time to properly prep the nail so you could see her previous color. So not only is it not even close to the design or color but you can see through then to the old color. When my daughter shared her disappointment with the service she was told to bad. This is absolutely disgusting customer service especially when the service is not cheap. Do better Ms Nails

I entered and asked if how fast they could do a fill, having only 40 minutes to spare myself. They asked me how long I had, I said 40 minutes. They said they could so I sat down. The nail artist did an amazing job and quick, then she had another client and a man took over to lotion and take my payment. He proceeded to lecture me about not having a full hour to take the time to not rush. Don't lecture me after you say you can do it. You could say no and I would've come back when I had more time.Secondly I told my sister they did a good job of my nails anyway so she came to your shop today. A man did her nails. He took 1.5 hours, 30 minutes longer than women who came in after her. He did not do the hand massage/lotion, and her nails look terrible. They are round on one corner and square on the other corner and she asked for two colours and they are unevenly done and he left polish on her hands. He lectured her about how she chose and expensive colour for her tips and how she should choose a less expensive colour but he didn't tell her that until after he had painted her nails.Unimpressed. That man ruins the experience.

Initially I had a difficult time communicating with one of the staff, and I believe she was fairly new/green. I was trying to be patient with her…and in the end accepted that I was not happy.I came back today and talked to Alice. She understood my concerns and fixed my nails without question.I am very very happy with the results! She didn’t need to remove and start over, which is a huge bonus.Strongly suggest that if you have trouble communicating or not satisfied….ask for help from another nail technician and you will be happy:)Recommend hands down. I will be a returning customer:)

I've been going to this salon for 7 or 8 years. They have pretty much become family. I can always trust their opinion and their knowledge. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

They do an alright job, but they are so unbelievably rude. Like they're annoyed that you had the audacity to come get your nails done. There's always hidden charges, like the $5 extra for the length and shape of my nails. $10 for the polish. This ended up being a $70 set.

i came here with a friend and both of us were getting our acrylics filled. when i picked a colour i was told that the colour wouldn’t work and that i had to pick another colour. also one of my nails was broken so i knew that they were gonna have to redo that nail from the beginning. however another nail broke on the book of nail colours. my nail started bleeding and to control the blood the technician wrapped it in paper towel and then glued the wound shut with nail glue. it hurt. i have blood under my nail still. also, it took her over an hour to do my nails which by the way i’m not that satisfied with. by the end of the session she started to rush and the paint job isn’t the best.when it came to paying that’s a whole other story. the sign in the front of the salon has the prices listed. a fill should be within $40-$50. however i ended up paying $80 for my fill. i was told it was because of the redoing of two nails and because my nails were longer and i had a design. this design being a french tip. i didn’t think that would classify as an expensive nail design. this is such a rip off and by looking at other reviews i can see that i’m not the only one who’s been ripped off by these “hidden prices”. safe to say i will not be coming back.

Great place to get your nails done. My wife will only get her nails done here. They are quick, accurate, highly skilled, have a great variety of colours and shades and they accommodate walking as well as appointments.Want a pedi? They do those as well!!Stop by and see the lovely people at Ms Nails & Spa Airdrie!!

Took my 5y to have his nails done, and he loved it! They were very nice, gentle and patient! He had so much fun feeling like a real grown up.
